San Choy (und hier startet die Diskussion) k\u00f6nnte Sangchoi sein, aus dem Kantonesischen, heisst eigentlich Salat und bedeutet \u2018reich werden\u2019. Man sagt, das Gericht stammt aus Guangzhou, S\u00fcdchina. Auch wenn manche uns weismachen wollen, dass es ein australisch-chinesisches Gericht ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Auf jeden Fall ist es ein schnelles und einfaches Gericht, das auf jeden Tisch passt.
