\n Ham pockets are a very quick and delicious finger food. There are so many small pastries that you can serve, which are loved by everyone.\n

\n\t\tFor example, there’s the Ham Croissants,<\/a> or the Sausage wreath,<\/a> Puff Pastry Rolls<\/a> with different Fillings<\/a> and simply the Puff Pastry sticks<\/a>. They are not hard to make and also do not need a lot of time. This time I made small pockets. <\/div>\n

    250 g cooked Ham<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    400 g Cream Cheese<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    1 tsp mixed Herbs<\/p><\/li>\n\t

  • <\/i>

    \u00bd tsp Pepper<\/p><\/li>\n

  • <\/i>

    2 Egg yolk<\/p><\/li>\n\n\t \n\t \n\t <\/ul>\n\n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

    Step 1<\/h4><\/div>\n
    Chop the ham and knead well with the cream cheese, herbs, and pepper.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Step 2<\/h4><\/div>\n
    Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small rectangles, about 10\/8 cm.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Make incisions 1\/3 in on one long side. Put about 2 tsp of the ham mixture on the upper end and roll up from top to bottom. Press the incisions a little, otherwise they will open.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Place them all on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with the beaten egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 220 C degrees for about 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n
