I didn&#8217;t know her blog yet, but now I know where to go by when I want to bake! Ninamanie&#8217;s name is actually Martina, but everyone calls her Nina. She explained mania very nicely as &#8220;&#8221;an unexplainable high&#8221; &#8211; I love that feeling! Whisk the eggs with cream, herb cream cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
