Sp\u00e4tzli are more elongated drops or strips, Chn\u00f6pfli are small round drops. The drops are made by pushing them through a perforated sieve and letting the rather liquid dough drip into the boiling water. In addition, provide a strainer in a soup plate. You also need a strainer and a bowl with a piece of butter in it.
