This adobong talong &#8211; aubergine adobo is vegetarian! <br \/><br \/>On my blog there are some. But you can also make an adobo with vegetables, and I chose eggplant. (you can also use normal Eggplants, just cut them into sticks)<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>1 whole Garlic, chopped<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>1 tsp whole Peppercorns<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>3 Bay Leaves<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>50 ml Soy Sauce<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>20 ml white Vinegar<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-check\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>\r\n<p>Oil for frying<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instructions-group\">\r\n<h4>Arbeitsschritte<\/h4>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-step\">1<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\">\r\n<h4>Step 1<\/h4>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\">In a wok or heavy pot, saut\u00e9 the garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaves.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-step\">2<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\">\r\n<h4>Step 2<\/h4>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\">Add the eggplants and fry for about 5 minutes. You may have to do this in 2-3 batches for this quantity.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-step\">3<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-content\">\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-title\">\r\n<h4>Step 3<\/h4>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction-text\">Then put everything back into the wok. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar and about 100 ml water together and add. Turn the heat to medium and cover the pot or wok. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, occasionally turning the eggplant until the sauce becomes slightly oily.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"post-recipe-instruction\">\r\n<div
