Then add the meat of the sausages and chop with the wooden ladle. Season well and fry well, then add the bacon cubes. Add the vegetables and the red wine. Mix briefly and then add the pesto. Let it boil down for about 30 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake in the oven at 200 C degrees for about 40 minutes.
