Sie verrichtet dort einen Event, namens Hygge &#038; Cozy &#8211; Comfortfood f\u00fcr den Herbst. (Ich musste erst ergoogeln, was hygge ist)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bei mir in Asien ist es immer noch 32 Grad, meine Bougainvilleas beginnen grad zum 4. Mal zu bl\u00fchen und die Typhoon Season ist noch voll im Gang! Da mag man auch nicht wirklich hygge und cozy essen. Aber trotzdem habe ich solche Speisen, denn wenn ich in der Schweiz bin, kann es manchmal ziemlich k\u00fchl sein und da mag man gerne eine etwas schwerere und w\u00e4rmende Speise. So auch in Hong Kong im Winter, da ist dann auch die Wohnung unangenehm kalt, und vor allem mag man dann Backen, damit es das Haus w\u00e4rmt. Deshalb bringe ich Euch hier eine W\u00e4he, die w\u00e4rmt und den Tag gem\u00fctlich macht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***********<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>&#8220;The leaves shine in the brightest colors, sometimes fierce wind ruffles our hair, dew glistens on the plants in the morning and mist rises from the fields and meadows. (I had to google what hygge is) <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It&#8217;s still 32 degrees in Asia, my Bougainvilleas are just starting to bloom for the 4th time and the typhoon season is still in full swing! You may not really want to eat hygge and cozy food. But still I know such food, because when I am in Switzerland, it can sometimes be quite chilly and there you like heavier and warming food. So also in Hong Kong in winter, the apartment is unpleasantly cold, and especially then I like baking, so that it warms the house. Therefore, I bring you here a pie, which warms you up and makes the day cozy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/wae23-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Hackfleisch und Spinat W\u00e4he\" class=\"wp-image-15605\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr einen Kuchen f\u00fcr ca 4-5 Personen: (Durchmesser 28cm)<br>500 g Rinderhackfleisch<br>1 Zwiebel<br>3 Knoblauchzehen<br>50 g Blue Cheese<br>250 g H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<br>etwas Oel<br>400 g frischer Spinat<br>15 g Butter<br>20 g geriebener Cheddar K\u00e4se<br>400 g Bl\u00e4tterteig<br>3 El Paniermehl\/Brotbroesel<br>1 geh\u00e4ufter TL St\u00e4rkemehl<br>5 EL kaltes Wasser<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Rosmarin<br>Oregano<br>Chili Flocken<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Bl\u00e4tterteig auswallen und eine gefettete Kuchenform von 28 cm Durchmesser damit auslegen. Die Seiten hochziehen und den Boden mit einer Gabel mehrfach einstechen. Den Boden mit dem Paniermehl bestreuen, damit verhindert man, dass die Feuchtigkeit vom Spinat den Teig aufweicht. Die Kuchenform bis zum Gebrauch im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.<br>Den Spinat gut waschen und in der geschmolzenen Butter mit einer gehackten Knoblauchzehe gut durchbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Den gekochten Spinat in ein Sieb geben und abtropfen und leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen.&nbsp;<br>Die gehackte Zwiebel und die gehackten restlichen 2 Knoblauchzehen in wenig Oel glasig braten. Das Hackfleisch zugeben und gut w\u00fcrzen. Alles gut durchbraten. Den gehackten Blue Cheese zugeben und zergehen lassen, dann den H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se zugeben und gut mischen. Nun die Sauce, die dadurch entsteht einkochen lassen, dann das St\u00e4rkemehl im kalten Wasser aufl\u00f6sen und in die Mischung geben. Gut mischen und wenn alles gut eingedickt ist, vom Herd nehmen.&nbsp;<br>Den Spinat nun gut ausdr\u00fccken, damit alle Fl\u00fcssigkeit rausgeht. Die will man nicht im Kuchen haben, denn sie weicht den Teig total auf. Die mit Bl\u00e4tterteig ausgelegte Kuchenform erst mit dem Spinat auslegen, dann die Fleischmasse rein geben und mit dem Cheddar K\u00e4se bestreuen. Im Ofen bei 190 C Grad ca 40 Minuten braun backen. Der Kuchen kann heiss oder kalt serviert werden, heiss schmeckt er aber am Besten.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a Cake for about 4-5 people: (diameter 28cm)<\/em><br><em>500 g ground Beef<\/em><br><em>1 Onion<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>50 g Blue Cheese<\/em><br><em>250 g Cottage Cheese<\/em><br><em>some Oil<\/em><br><em>400 g fresh Spinach<\/em><br><em>15 g Butter<\/em><br><em>20 g grated Cheddar Cheese<\/em><br><em>400 g Puff Pastry<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp. Breadcrumbs<\/em><br><em>1 heaped tsp Cornstarch&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp cold Water<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>Chili flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Roll out the puff pastry and line a greased 28 cm diameter cake pan with it. Pull up the sides and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Sprinkle the bottom with the breadcrumbs, this will prevent the moisture from the spinach from softening the pastry. Keep the cake pan in the refrigerator until ready to use.<\/em><br><em>Wash the spinach well and saut\u00e9 it in the melted butter with a clove of minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Put the cooked spinach in a colander and let it drain and cool slightly. <\/em><br><em>Fry the chopped onion and the chopped remaining 2 cloves of garlic in a little oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and season well. Fry everything well. Add the chopped Blue cheese and let it melt, then add the cottage cheese and mix well. Now let the liquid boil down, then dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water and add it to the mixture. Mix well and when everything has well thickened, remove from heat. <\/em><br><em>Now squeeze the spinach to get all the liquid out. You don&#8217;t want it in the cake because it totally softens the dough. First line the puff pastry lined cake pan with the spinach, then add the meat mixture and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven at 190 C degrees for about 40 minutes until brown.
