K\u00fcrbisse bestehen zu \u00fcber 90 % aus Wasser, weshalb ihr N\u00e4hrwert mit 122 kJ (28 kcal) pro 100 Gramm gering ist. Urspr\u00fcnglich stammt der K\u00fcrbis aus Amerika, wird aber unterdessen auch in Europa viel angebaut. Und im Herbst, wenn sie reif sind, isst man sie nicht nur, sondern ben\u00fctzt sie auch als Dekoration!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mein Liebster hasst K\u00fcrbisse, da sie leicht s\u00fcsslich schmecken, deshalb koche ich sie nur, wenn er auf Reisen ist. Und so war es gerade eben. Ich habe K\u00fcrbisscheiben unter einer Lasagna artigen Fleisch- und Bechamel Sauce gekocht, es war lecker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Did you know that pumpkin is full of potassium? Per 100 g it is over 300 mg. Pumpkins consist of over 90% water, which is why their nutritional value is low at 122 kJ (28 kcal) per 100 grams. Originally, the pumpkin comes from America, but is now also widely grown in Europe. And in autumn, when they are ripe, you not only eat them, but also use them as decoration! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>My hubby hates pumpkins because they taste slightly sweet, so I only cook them when he is traveling. And so it was just now. I cooked pumpkin slices under a lasagna type meat and b\u00e9chamel sauce, it was delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/gra1-862x1024.jpg\" alt=\"K\u00fcrbis Gratin\" class=\"wp-image-15566\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 2 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>1 kleiner K\u00fcrbis, gesch\u00e4lt und in Scheiben geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fleischsauce:<\/strong><br \/>200 g Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>1 kleine rote Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Oregano<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>1 Glas Tomatensauce, Passato di Pomodoro 400 g<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sauce B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><br \/>30 g Butter<br \/>1 EL Mehl<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Muskatnuss<br \/>Paprika<br \/>150 ml Milch<br \/>30 g Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eine Gratinform einfetten und die K\u00fcrbisscheiben einf\u00fcllen. In einem Topf das Oel erhitzen und den Knoblauch, die Zwiebel und das Hackfleisch darin sehr gut durchbraten. Das Glas Tomatensauce zuf\u00fcgen und alles 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Unterdessen die Sauce B\u00e9chamel machen, dazu die Butter in einem kleinen Topf schmelzen, dann das Mehl dazu geben. Mit dem Schwingbesen gut vermischen, bis das Mehl klumpt. Die Milch dazu giessen und alles gut verr\u00fchren. W\u00fcrzen und den Reibk\u00e4se zugeben. So lange umr\u00fchren bis die Sauce eindickt. E<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">rst die Fleischsauce \u00fcber die K\u00fcrbisscheiben giessen, dann die Bechamel Sauce dar\u00fcber geben. Nach Wunsch mit Reibk\u00e4se bestreuen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 40 Minuten backen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 2 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 small Pumpkin, peeled and sliced<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Meat Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>200 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 small red Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>1 Jar Tomato Sauce, Passato di Pomodoro 400 g<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Sauce B\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>30 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Nutmeg<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>150 ml Milk<\/em><br \/><em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Grease a gratin dish and add the sliced pumpkin. Heat the oil in a wok or a wide pan and fry the garlic, onion and beef in it until well browned. Add the tomato sauce and season well. Simmer for 30 minutes. <\/em><br \/><em>Meanwhile cook the sauce b\u00e9chamel. Melt the butter in a small pot, then add the flour. Whisk well until it is all one big clump. Add the milk and go on whisking.
