Die Chinesen m\u00f6gen klebriges Fleisch, (und wir auch) dann noch etwas Chili dazu und mit weissem Reis serviert, ist es eine K\u00f6stlichkeit. Meine klebrigen Garnelen sind einfach und schmecken allen. Wer sie nicht klebrig will, macht die Sauce nicht, oder auf der Seite, so passt das Mahl jedem. Es ist kein klassisches Rezept, sondern eher eines, das ich einfach nach Lust und Laune zusammen gesetzt habe, aber es schmeckt wirklich sehr gut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The Chinese like sticky meat, (and we too) add some chili and served with white rice, it will be a delicacy. My sticky shrimp are simple, and everyone likes them. If you don&#8217;t want them sticky, don&#8217;t make the sauce, or serve it on the side, so the meal suits everyone. It&#8217;s not a classic recipe, but rather one that I just put together on a whim, but it really tastes great!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/sti15-577x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Klebrige Garnelen chinesische Art\" class=\"wp-image-15549\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>400 g Garnelen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br>1 cm Ingwer, gehackt<br>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br>5 EL Soja Sauce, glutenfrei<br>1 EL Oyster Sauce, glutenfrei<br>1 EL chinesischer Reisessig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Garnelen darin mindestens 1 Stunde marinieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br>2 Eier<br>Kartoffelst\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Eier in einer Sch\u00fcssel aufschlagen und soviel Kartoffelst\u00e4rke zugeben, bis ein Teig entsteht. Die abgetropften Garnelen darin eintunken und in heissem Oel braten. Zur Seite geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><br>4 EL Soja Sauce, glutenfrei<br>1 EL Oyster Sauce, glutenfrei<br>1 TL Sesam Oel<br>3 EL Ketchup<br>1 EL Zucker<br>1 TL Chili<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>2 EL chinesischer Reisessig<br>150 ml Wasser<br>1 EL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Sauce zusammen mischen und in einem kleinen Topf aufkochen, kurz kochen lassen, bis sie eindickt, dann die Garnelen dazu mischen. Mit weissem Reis und Chili Flocken servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 People:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>400 g Shrimps<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 cm Ginger, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 Spring-onions, chopped<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp Soy Sauce, gluten-free<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, gluten-free<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Chinese Rice Vinegar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Marinate the shrimps in it for at least 1 hour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Batter:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>Potato Starch<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the eggs in a bowl and add enough potato starch to make a batter. Dip the drained shrimps in it and fry them in hot oil. Set aside.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Soy Sauce, gluten-free<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, gluten-free<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Sesame Oil<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Ketchup<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Chili<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Chinese Rice Vinegar<\/em><br><em>150 ml Water<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Cornstarch<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients of the sauce together and bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Cook briefly until it thickens, then add the shrimp.
