Deshalb diese Crevetten, Auberginen und Mango Salsa als Vorspeise. Das Auge isst ja schliesslich mit! Bei dieser Vorspeise habe ich Mangos gew\u00e4hlt, weil die bei uns in Asien leicht erh\u00e4ltlich sind und weil sie unglaublich gelb sind! Dazu muss gr\u00fcn her! Das habe ich mit Hilfe von Salatbl\u00e4ttern und Kr\u00e4utern erreicht. Aber nur Mango und Salat reicht nicht! Da muss noch die wundersch\u00f6ne Crevette her, die ihre Farbe beim Kochen auf ein tolles rot-rosa wechselt! Und als Akzent noch etwas Tomate, Blumen des Basilikums und getrocknete Salat Bl\u00fcten! Man kann so toll mit Farben spielen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When it comes to appetizers, I love to serve them as colorful as possible. After all, the eye eats too, as we say in German! For this appetizer I chose mangoes because they are easily available in Asia and because they are incredibly yellow! To go with this, green is a must! I achieved this with the help of lettuce leaves and herbs. But only mango and lettuce are not enough! I used the beautiful shrimps, which change color to a great red-pink when cooked! And as an accent still some tomato, flowers of basil and dried salad flowers! You can play so great with colors!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/shr8-1024x716.jpg\" alt=\"Crevetten, Auberginen und Mango Salsa\" class=\"wp-image-15395\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>12 rohe Crevetten mit Schale<br>2 Mangos<br>2 Limetten, den Saft<br>Gr\u00fcne Salat Bl\u00e4tter<br>Basilikum Bl\u00e4tter<br>Petersilie, gehackt<br>Basilikum Bl\u00fcten<br>1 grosse Aubergine<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Rosmarin<br>Chili<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>Etwas Oliven\u00f6l<br>Getrocknete Salat Bl\u00fcten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Aubergine in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit dem gehackten Knoblauch in etwas Oel gut durchbraten, gut w\u00fcrzen. Sobald die Aubergine gut durchgebraten ist, zum Ausk\u00fchlen zur Seite geben. <br>Die Mangos sch\u00e4len und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, mit dem Limettensaft marinieren.<br>Die Crevetten sch\u00e4len und den Kopf abnehmen, diesen aber behalten! Die Vene entfernen. Die Crevetten mit den abgenommenen K\u00f6pfen in Oel braten, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. <br>Auf Tellern Salatbl\u00e4tter auslegen, die Mango mit der Petersilie mischen und darauf geben. Daneben die Aubergine anrichten, mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Getrocknete Salat Bl\u00fcten darauf geben. Je drei Crevetten auf den Teller geben und einen Crevettenkopf dazwischen aufstellen. Eine Basilikum Bl\u00fcte darauf geben. Die Tomate einschneiden und daneben legen, mit Basilikum dekorieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 People:<\/em><br><em>12 raw Shrimps with shell<\/em><br><em>2 Mangos<\/em><br><em>2 Limes, the juice<\/em><br><em>Green Salad Leaves<\/em><br><em>Basil Leaves<\/em><br><em>Parsley, chopped<\/em><br><em>Basil Flowers<\/em><br><em>1 large Eggplant<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Chili<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>Some Olive oil<\/em><br><em>Dried Salad Flowers<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the eggplant into small cubes and fry well with the chopped garlic in a little oil, season well. Once the eggplant is well cooked, set aside to cool. <\/em><br><em>Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes, marinate them with the lime juice.<\/em><br><em>Peel the shrimp and remove the head however keep it! Remove the vein. Fry the shrimps with the heads in oil, season with salt and pepper. <\/em><br><em>Lay out lettuce leaves on plates, mix the mango with the parsley and place on top. Arrange the eggplant next to it, drizzle with a little olive oil. Place dried lettuce flowers on top. Put three shrimps on each plate and place a shrimp head in between. Place a basil flower on top.
