Und auch hier gibts wieder ein Video!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And here comes the second part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/10\/21\/selbstgemachtes-sushi-teil-1-homemade-sushi-part-1\/\">sushi parade<\/a>! Here we have filled the rolls with cooked fish, tofu, sausage and bacon, among other things, because who does not like raw fish, or no fish at all, can improvise! And again there is a video in slow motion!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20221008_182433-2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Selbstgemachtes Sushi Teil 2\" class=\"wp-image-15324\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Als erstes braucht man eine d\u00fcnne Bambus Matte, die gerollt werden kann. Ich habe sie mit Klarsichtfolie \u00fcberzogen, so dass nichts in den Rillen kleben bleibt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 5 Rollen:<br \/>\u00bd Pack Nori Bl\u00e4tter<br \/>\u00bd Portion <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/10\/11\/schnell-gekochter-sushi-reis-quickly-cooked-sushi-rice\/\">Sushi Reis nach diesem Rezept<\/a><br \/>1 Scheibe frischen Lachs, gekocht und zerpfl\u00fcckt und mit 2 EL Mayonnaise gemischt<br \/>Avocado<br \/>\u00bc Gurke in schmale Streifen geschnitten<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/09\/20\/tamagoyaki-japanische-eierrolle-japanese-egg-roll\/\">Japanische Eier Omelette (ohne Peperoni)<\/a><br \/>Gebratene Tofu Streifen<br \/>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/>Sesam Samen<br \/>Geriebene Karotten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ganz Verr\u00fcckte:<br \/>Knuspriger Speck<br \/>Wiener W\u00fcrstchen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eine Nori Platte auf die Bambusmatte legen. Den unteren Drittel mit dem klebrigen Reis belegen und flachdr\u00fccken. Dabei ca. 2 cm Rand freilassen, damit man besser rollen kann. Dann je nach Wunsch mit Fisch oder Fleisch und Tofu belegen, geriebenen Karotten, Sesam, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Gurken Streifen, was auch immer man mag! Wir haben ein Nori Blatt halbiert und kleine Rollen mit Speck oder Wurst F\u00fcllung gemacht! Dann die Rolle von unten nach oben mit Hilfe der Bambusmatte langsam aufrollen. (siehe Video) Den oberen Rand des Nori Blattes leicht feucht machen und ganz aufrollen. Dann die Rolle nochmals gut zusammendr\u00fccken und aus der Bambusmatte nehmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Rolle in Klarsichtfolie einrollen und im K\u00fchlschrank bis zum Verzehr lagern. Dann mit einem scharfen Messer in ca 1.5-2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und mit japanischer Soja Sauce und Wasabi und den\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/10\/14\/tsukemono-japanisch-eingelegte-gurken-japanese-cucumber-pickles\/\">eingelegten Gurken<\/a>\u00a0servieren. Man kann auch Mayonnaise mit etwas Sriracha und Zitronensaft gemischt dazu servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<br \/><em>First you need a thin bamboo mat, which can be rolled. I covered it with clear plastic wrap, so nothing sticks in the grooves!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 5 Rolls:<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd pack Nori Leaves<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd serving of <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/10\/11\/schnell-gekochter-sushi-reis-quickly-cooked-sushi-rice\/\">Sushi Rice from this recipe<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>1 slice fresh Salmon, cooked and pulled apart, mixed with 2 tbsp Mayonnaise<\/em><br \/><em>Avocado<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc Cucumber cut into thin strips<\/em><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/09\/20\/tamagoyaki-japanische-eierrolle-japanese-egg-roll\/\"><em>Japanese Egg Omelet (without Capsicum)<\/em><\/a><br \/><em>Fried Tofu Stripes <\/em><br \/><em>Spring Onions<\/em><br \/><em>Sesame Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>Grated Carrots<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the crazy ones:<\/em><br \/><em>Crispy Bacon<\/em><br \/><em>Wiener Sausages<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat. Cover the bottom third with the sticky rice and flatten. Leave about 2 cm of margin free to help you roll. Then top with fish, meat or tofu as desired, grated carrots, sesame seeds, scallions, cucumber strips, whatever you like! Then slowly roll up the roll from bottom to top using the bamboo mat. (See video) Slightly dampen the top edge of the nori sheet and roll up completely. Then squeeze the roll well again and remove it from the bamboo mat. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Then cut with a sharp knife into slices about 1.5-2 cm thick and serve with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/10\/14\/tsukemono-japanisch-eingelegte-gurken-japanese-cucumber-pickles\/\">pickled cucumbers<\/a>.
