Schnell wurden daraus Ravioli mit kleinen Fleischb\u00e4llchen. Schnell und sehr lecker!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I had a jar of meat stuffing left over from earlier and a bag of stuffing for veal breast. I also had two strips of pasta that needed to be used. Quickly it became ravioli with small meatballs. Quick and very tasty!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/rav3-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Fleisch Ravioli aus Resten \" class=\"wp-image-15486\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>250 g Pasta in 2 langen Bahnen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>150 g Rinder Hackfleisch<br \/>\u00bc Zwiebel gehackt<br \/>1 Knoblauchzehe, gehackt<br \/>1 EL Tomaten P\u00fcree<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Oel zum Braten<br \/>Sahne<br \/>3 EL Frischk\u00e4se<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sauce:<br \/>100 g Rinderhackfleisch<br \/>30 g Br\u00e4t<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>20 g Reibk\u00e4se <br \/>1\/4 Zitronenschale, gehackt <br \/>Sahne<br \/>Etwas Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Fleisch f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung im Oel anbraten, Zwiebel und Knoblauch mitbraten. Dann das Tomaten P\u00fcree dazu geben, w\u00fcrzen und gut mischen. Alle Fl\u00fcssigkeit einkochen lassen, dann vom Herd nehmen. In den Blender\/Mixer geben und den Frischk\u00e4se und die Sahne zugeben, p\u00fcrieren. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann die beiden Pasta Bahnen auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che legen und die F\u00fcllung darauf verteilen. Es ergab 8 pro Bahn bei mir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die vordere Kante und die L\u00fccken zwischen den F\u00fcllungen mit kaltem Wasser bepinseln und die obere Kante nach unten falten. Erst die Pasta Platten zwischen den F\u00fcllungen gut andr\u00fccken, dann die vordere Kante gut andr\u00fccken. Mit dem Raviolirad sch\u00f6n ausschneiden. In gesalzenem Wasser 5-7 Minuten kochen, dann absch\u00f6pfen und mit der Sauce servieren.<br \/>F\u00fcr die Sauce Die Zutaten Rinderhackfleisch, Br\u00e4t und Reibk\u00e4se gut w\u00fcrzen und gut verkneten, dann kleine Kugeln daraus formen. Die Kugeln in etwas Oel gut braten, dabei kommt viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit raus. Diese Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit etwas Sahne mischen, die Zitronenschale zugeben und mit wenig St\u00e4rke verdicken. Die Ravioli mit der Sauce servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For 2 People:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>250 g Pasta in 2 long sheets<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>150 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc Onion chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 clove of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Tomato Puree<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Oil for frying<\/em><br \/><em>Cream<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Cream Cheese<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Sauce:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>100 g ground Beef<\/em><br \/><em>30 g Sausage Meat<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>20 g grated Cheese <\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc Lemon skin, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Cream<\/em><br \/><em>Some Cornstarch <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the meat for the stuffing in the oil, add the onion and garlic. Then add the tomato puree, season, and mix well. Let all the liquid boil down, then remove from heat. Put in blender\/mixer and add the cream cheese and cream, puree. Allow to cool. Then place the two pasta sheets on the work surface and spread the filling on top. It made 8 per sheet for me. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Brush the front edge and the gaps between the fillings with cold water and fold the top edge down. First press the pasta sheets between the fillings well, then press the front edge well. Cut out nicely with the ravioli wheel. Cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes, then skim and serve with the sauce.<\/em><br \/><em>For the sauce season the ingredients of ground beef, sausage meat and grated cheese well and knead well, then form small balls from them. Fry the balls well in some oil, a lot of liquid comes out. Mix this liquid with some cream, add the lemon skin and thicken with a little starch.
