Mir war der Teig der gekauften Plunder Teile zu weich. Nun habe ich in \u00d6sterreich einen fertigen Plunderteig gekauft und der ist echt super knusprig geworden. So liebe ich ihn. N\u00e4chstes Mal versuche ich mich am Teig. Ich habe einen Backpudding gemacht und feine Zwetschgen darauf gesetzt. Das Geb\u00e4ck, lauwarm gegessen, ist wunderbar!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Der Begriff hat nichts mit altem Zeug (<em><strong>Plunder<\/strong><\/em>) zu tun, sondern kommt von pludern (aufgehen, lockern). Auf Englisch hei\u00dft Plundergeb\u00e4ck Danish oder Danish Pastry. Und da es noch immer Zwetschgen gibt in Europa, mussten die drauf!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Plunder pastry is fine, but I have not dared to make the dough myself until now. For me, the dough of the purchased Plunder parts was often too soft. Now I bought a ready-made Plunder pastry in Austria, and it turned out really super crispy. That&#8217;s how I love it. Next time I&#8217;ll try my hand at the dough. I made a baking pudding and put fine plums on top. The pastry, eaten lukewarm, is wonderful! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The term has nothing to do with old stuff (taking goods by force), but comes from pludern (to rise, loosen the dough). In English, Plunder is called Danish or Danish Pastry. As there are still wonderful plums in Europe, I needed to use them!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/plu13-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Zwetschgen Plunder\" class=\"wp-image-15121\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Rolle Plunder Teig<br>15 Zwetschgen in Viertel geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Backcreme:<\/strong><br>200 ml Milch<br>1 Vanille St\u00e4ngel, die Bohnen ausgekratzt<br>2 EL Zucker<br>2 EL Maizena<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Creme in einem kleinen Topf mischen und unter schwingen aufkochen. Sofort vom Herd nehmen und weiter schwingen, bis die Creme eingedickt ist. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. <br>Den Teig in 6 Quadrate schneiden. Jede Ecke der Quadrate einfalten. Die Backcreme auf die 6 Teile verteilen und in der Mitte leicht verstreichen. Je 2.5 Zwetschgen darauf verteilen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 25 Minuten backen. Am Besten sind sie warm!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 roll of Danish Pastry<\/em><br><em>15 Plums cut into quarters<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Pastry cream:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>200 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>1 Vanilla Stalk, the beans scraped out<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Cornstarch<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Combine all ingredients for the cream in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, whisking. Immediately remove from heat and continue whisking until cream is thickened. Allow to cool. <\/em><br><em>Cut the dough into 6 squares. Fold in each corner of the squares. Divide the pastry cream among the 6 pieces and spread lightly in the center. Spread 2.5 plums on top of each. Bake in oven at 200 C degrees for 25 minutes.
