Mit mir!!!!! Denn ich habe ihren Zwetschgenkern-Lik\u00f6r nachgekocht. Im Sommer, als ich in Europa war, habe ich ihn angesetzt und dann, als ich zu Weihnachten wieder nach Europa kam, war er genau richtig zum Absieben. So kann man in den Festtagen nicht nur gut essen, sondern auch noch ein selbstgemachtes Lik\u00f6rchen geniessen. Aus dem angesetzten Lik\u00f6r wurde n\u00e4mlich ein goldenes W\u00e4sserchen, das wunderbar schmeckt! Das ist nicht nur f\u00fcr Weihnachten richtig gut, sondern das ganze Jahr durch! Because I&#8217;ve been recreating her Plum Pit liqueur. I had put it on in summer when I was in Europe, and then when I came back to Europe for Christmas, it was just right to strain. So not only can you eat well during the holidays, but you can also enjoy a homemade liqueur. The prepared liqueur became a golden water, which tastes wonderful! This is not only good for Christmas, but all year round! Thank you Janke!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/zwe7-2-704x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Zwetschgenkern-Lik\u00f6r\" class=\"wp-image-15102\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/jankessoulfood.blogspot.ch\/2016\/08\/zwetschgenkern-likoer.html\">Hier ist Jankes Rezept!<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Zutaten:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">400ml Zwetschgenkerne<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">200g brauner Kandiszucker<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">700ml Wodka (40%)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/2 Vanilleschote ohne Mark<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">1 gro\u00dfe Glasflasche mit weiter \u00d6ffnung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Gebt die Kerne zusammen mit dem Zucker und der Vanilleschote in eine saubere Glasflasche und gie\u00dft den Wodka dazu. Bitte beachtet unbedingt, dass die Kerne vollst\u00e4ndig sind und keine Risse oder Absplitterungen haben! Flasche gut verschlie\u00dfen und die Mischung 4 Monate bei Zimmertemperatur ziehen lassen.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Anschlie\u00dfend den Lik\u00f6r durch einen Kaffeefilter gie\u00dfen und in dekorative Flaschen f\u00fcllen. In Ma\u00dfen genie\u00dfen \u2665<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It&#8217;s very easy!<\/em><br><em>400 g Plum Pits (don&#8217;t use any broken ones!)<\/em><br><em>200 g Rock Sugar<\/em><br><em>700 ml Vodka<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Vanilla Bean<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Put the pits together with the sugar and the vanilla bean into a clean jar or bottle and add the Vodka. Close the bottle\/jar tightly and leave marinating at room temperature for 4 month. Then pour the liqueur through a coffee filter paper into a clean and nice bottle.
