Wieso nicht mal so ein Pizza Sonne Rupfbrot? Eigentlich ist dies ganz einfach zu machen. Es ist ganz simpel eine zugedeckte Pizza. Man kann einf\u00fcllen, was man gerne mag. Man kann auch Teige nehmen, wie man will. Man nimmt am Besten Pizzateig. Es geht aber auch mit Bl\u00e4tterteig. Diese Pizza-Sonne ist wie ein Rupf-Brot, man zieht einfach an den Strahlen der Sonne! Es hat super geschmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For an aperitif or as a snack, you can serve up so much! Why not make a pizza sun like this? Actually, this is quite simple to make. It is very simple a covered pizza. You can fill it with whatever you like. You can also take doughs as you like. It is best to use pizza dough. But it also works with puff pastry. This pizza sun is like a pull-apart bread, you just pull the rays of the sun off! It tasted great!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/son7-934x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pizza Sonne Rupfbrot\" class=\"wp-image-15071\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine Sonne von ca. 30 cm Durchmesser:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\">\u200b2 ausgerollte Pizzateige<\/a> &nbsp;oder 2 runde Bl\u00e4tterteige<br>\u200b1 Portion <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomatensauce f\u00fcr Pizza<\/a><br>eine handvoll schwarze Oliven<br>100 g Salami<br>300 g Mozzarella K\u00e4se<br>Pfeffer<br>Oregano<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Einen der Teige auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech auslegen und mit der Tomatensauce bestreichen. Rundherum einen Rand frei lassen. Die Oliven halbieren und dar\u00fcber streuen. Nun die Salamischeiben dar\u00fcber legen. Den Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden und dar\u00fcber geben. Dabei in der Mitte darauf achten, dass ein Rand bei ca 10 cm Breite entsteht. (siehe Bild) Mit dem Pfeffer und Oregano w\u00fcrzen. Man kann hier auch Chiliflocken dazu geben.&nbsp;<br>Nun den zweiten Teig dar\u00fcber legen und die R\u00e4nder gut zusammen dr\u00fccken. In der Mitte eine Sch\u00fcssel von ca 10 cm Durchmesser aufdr\u00fccken.&nbsp;<br>Nun von aussen nach innen Einschnitte machen, die ca 3 cm Breit sind. Diese Strahlen nun leicht hochheben und um 90 Grad drehen, so dass einer der offenen Einschnitte nach oben zeigt. Das Brot im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40 Minuten backen. Das Brot kann warm oder kalt serviert werden, aber nicht heiss, da sonst die F\u00fcllung raustropft!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a sun of approx. 30 cm Diameter:<\/em><br><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\">\u200b2 ready rolled Pizza&nbsp;<u>dough&#8217;s<\/u><\/a> &nbsp;or 2 round rolled out Puff Pastries<\/em><br><em>\u200b1 Portion <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">Tomato Sauce for Pizza<\/a><\/em><br><em>one handful black Olives<\/em><br><em>100 g Salami<\/em><br><em>300 g Mozzarella Cheese<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put one of the dough&#8217;s onto a baking tray covered with a baking paper. Spread the tomato sauce on this dough and leave a little space free all around the pizza. Halve the olives and sprinkle them onto the sauce. Now add the salami slices. Cut the mozzarella into slices and put them on top of the salami. Carefully leave a small break at approximately 10 cm in the middle of the pizza free. (see picture) Season with pepper and oregano. You can also add some chili flakes if you wish.<\/em><br><em>Now carefully add the second dough on top and pinch the seams together. Now that&#8217;s why you had to make a small break at approx. 10 cm: Put a bowl upside down into the middle of the dough and push it down. Make cuts at approx. 3 cm apart. Now take one of those &#8220;sun rays&#8221; and turn it 90 degrees. The open cut will show up! Bake the bread in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
