Die Fr\u00fcchte liegen auf einer Mandel Masse, was ihn unglaublich fein macht. Und jetzt, wo die Pfirsiche reif sein, darf&#8217;s dann auch mal eine Tarte mit ihnen sein! Man nimmt leider kaum Pfirsiche f\u00fcr Kuchen, weil sie die Farbe wechseln, aber sie schmecken wirklich gut auf dem Teig.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Simple, but so delicious is this peach tart. The fruits lie on an almond paste, which makes it incredibly fine. And now that the peaches are ripe, it can be a tart with them for a change! You hardly ever take peaches for pies, unfortunately, because they change color, but they taste really good on the dough.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/pfi11-2-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pfirsich Mandel Tarte\" class=\"wp-image-152362\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine rechteckige Backform von 22\/28 cm:<br \/><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br \/>1 ausgewallter Bl\u00e4tterteig<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>50 g weiche Butter<br \/>50 g Zucker<br \/>1 Ei<br \/>1 TL Vanillezucker<br \/>60 g Mandelmehl<br \/>1 EL Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br \/>4-5 reife Pfirsiche<br \/>1 TL Zucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Puderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Bl\u00e4tterteig in die Backform legen, R\u00e4nder hochziehen. F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung Butter und Zucker fest verschlagen. Dann alle \u00fcbrigen Zutaten dazu mischen und auf den Bl\u00e4tterteig geben, glattstreichen. Die Pfirsiche halbieren und in feine Scheiben schneiden, das Messer unter den halben Pfirsich schieben und so ganz auf die Mandelmasse geben. Den Zucker dar\u00fcber streuen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 20-30 Minuten backen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a rectangular Baking dish of 22\/28 cm:<\/em><br \/><em><strong>Pastry:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 rolled out Puff Pastry<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>50 g soft Butter<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>60 g Almond Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>4-5 ripe Peaches<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Powdered Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Place the puff pastry in the baking pan, pull up the edges. For the filling, beat butter and sugar until soft. Then mix in all the remaining ingredients and pour onto the puff pastry, smoothing it out. Halve the peaches and cut them into thin slices, slide the knife under the half peach and put it all over the almond mixture. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Bake in the oven at 200 C degrees for 20-30 minutes.
