Schon lange wollte ich mal zur Vorspeise etwas Neues und Sch\u00f6nes herstellen und diesmal, zum Abschied meines Liebsten, der wieder gen Osten fliegt, habe ich diese Torte entworfen. Ist sie nicht ein Hingucker? Und sie ist so schnell vorbereitet, man kann sie gut im K\u00fchlschrank warten lassen. Meine Torte ist mit Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se, Eiern, Mortadella und feinen Aceto Balsamico Perlen\/Kaviar. Meine G\u00e4ste waren begeistert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a long time, I wanted to make something new and beautiful for appetizers and this time, for the farewell of my hubby who flies back east, I designed this cake. Isn\u2019t it an eye-catcher? And it is prepared so quickly, just let it wait in the fridge. My cake is made with herbed cheese, eggs, mortadella and fine aceto balsamic pearls\/caviar. <\/em><em>My guests were delighted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/cak10-1024x738.jpg\" alt=\"Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se Torte mit Mortadella\" class=\"wp-image-15017\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 8 St\u00fccke: (Springform 22 cm Durchmesser)<br \/><strong>Boden:<\/strong><br \/>150 g Crackers (oder Grissini)<br \/>30 g Butter, geschmolzen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>450 g Frischk\u00e4se mit Kr\u00e4utern<br \/>200 g Frischk\u00e4se Natur<br \/>Chili Pulver<br \/>\u00bd Bund Schnittlauch, gehackt<br \/>3 gekochte Eier, gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br \/>4-6 Scheiben Mortadella (oder Rohschinken)<br \/>\u00bd Bund Schnittlauch, gehackt<br \/>8-10 Pistazien, gehackt<br \/>2 Kirschtomaten<br \/>1 TL<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/04\/05\/frucht-oder-gemuse-kaviar-selber-machen-make-your-own-fruit-or-vegetable-caviar\/\"> Aceto Balsamico Perlen\/Caviar<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Springform mit Backpapier auslegen. Ich habe meinen Boden einfach festgemacht mit dem Rand der Springform und dann 2 Streifen herum gelegt. Crackers im Mixer fein hacken und dann mit der zerlassenen Butter mischen. Diese Mischung auf den Boden der Springform geben und gut festdr\u00fccken. Die beiden K\u00e4se mit etwas Chili und dem Schnittlauch gut vermischen. Die H\u00e4lfte davon auf den Boden der Torte geben und glattstreichen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Gehackten Eier darauf geben und auch glattstreichen. Dann die andere H\u00e4lfte des K\u00e4ses dar\u00fcber geben und glattstreichen. Nun den restlichen Schnittlauch \u00fcber den Rand des Kuchens verteilen, dass ein Ring entsteht. In diesen Ring die in halb gerissenen Mortadella Scheiben sch\u00f6n drapieren. Die Kirschtomaten vierteln und auf dem Kuchen verteilen. Dann die gehackten Pistazien dar\u00fcber streuen und die Aceto Balsamico Perlen darauf verteilen. Unbedingt im K\u00fchlschrank durchk\u00fchlen lassen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8 Pieces: (springform pan 22 cm diameter)<\/em><br \/><em><strong>Base:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>150 g Crackers (or Grissini)<\/em><br \/><em>30 g Butter, melted<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>450 g Cream Cheese with Herbs<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Cream Cheese natural<\/em><br \/><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd bunch Chives, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 boiled Eggs, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Topping:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>4-6 slices of Mortadella (or Raw Ham)<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd bunch Chives, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>8-10 Pistachios, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>2 Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/04\/05\/frucht-oder-gemuse-kaviar-selber-machen-make-your-own-fruit-or-vegetable-caviar\/\">Balsamic Vinegar pearls\/caviar<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Line the springform pan with baking paper. I just taped my bottom down with the edge of the springform pan and then put 2 strips around. Finely chop the crackers in a blender and then mix with the melted butter. Add this mixture to the bottom of the springform pan and press down well. Mix the two cheeses well with some chili and the chives. Put half of it on the bottom of the cake and smooth it down. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the chopped eggs on top and smooth them too. Then put the other half of the cheese on top and smooth it out. Now spread the remaining chives over the edge of the cake to form a ring. In this ring drape nicely the slices of mortadella torn in half. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and spread them on the cake. Then sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top and sprinkle the Balsamic Vinegar pearls on top.
