Laura von\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/auslauraskueche.de\/\">Aus Lauras K\u00fcche<\/a> richtet diesen Event aus. Es ist Zwetschgenzeit, darum dieser Zwetschgen Pie mit Zimt Guss. Ich liebe diese Fr\u00fcchte sehr. Sie haben eine S\u00e4ure, die ich liebe. Deshalb habe ich aus diesen Fr\u00fcchten eine Pie (W\u00e4he) hergestellt, die einen Zimt Guss hat, was sie noch viel besser macht! Auch der Teig ist selbstverst\u00e4ndlich selbst gemacht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-pies\">Zorra from Kochtopf.me<\/a> is hosting a blog event that fits great into this season with all the ripe fruit. Laura from <a href=\"https:\/\/auslauraskueche.de\/\">Aus Lauras K\u00fcche<\/a> is hosting this event. It&#8217;s plum season. I love these fruits very much. They have a tartness to them that I love. So, I made a pie (W\u00e4he) with these fruits with a cinnamon glaze, which makes it that much better! The dough is also homemade of course!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/zwe10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Zwetschgen Pie mit Zimt Guss\" class=\"wp-image-14998\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine 22 cm Durchmesser Pie Form:<br><strong>F\u00fcr den Teig:<\/strong><br>300 g Mehl<br>225 g kalte Butter in St\u00fccken<br>60 g Saure Sahne<br>60 ml kaltes Wasser<br>\u00bd TL Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz und den Butter W\u00fcrfeln in den H\u00e4nden zerbr\u00f6seln. Dann die Saure Sahne und das kalte Wasser einkneten. Den Teig in Folie wickeln und 30 Minuten kalt stellen. Danach auswallen und in die Pieform legen, Seiten hochziehen. Mit Backpapier und Reis oder trockenen Bohnen belegen und 15 Minuten bei 180 C Grad blind backen. Dann den Reis oder die Bohnen entfernen und das Backpapier auch. Den Boden nun mit einer Gabel einstechen und nochmals 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1.2 kg Zwetschgen<\/strong> halbieren und entsteinen und auf dem gebackenen Teig verteilen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Zimt Guss:<\/strong><br>50 g Butter<br>50 g Zucker<br>1 \u00bd TL Zimt<br>\u00bd TL Muskatnuss<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten in einem kleinen Topf aufkochen und kurz sprudeln lassen. Dann auf den Fr\u00fcchten verstreichen. Im Ofen bei 160 C Grad30-40 Minuten backen. Die Pie schmeckt warm am Besten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a 22 cm diameter Pie dish:<\/em><br><em><strong>For the Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>300 g Flour<\/em><br><em>225 g cold Butter in pieces<\/em><br><em>60 g Sour Cream<\/em><br><em>60 ml cold Water<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Crumble the flour with the salt and the butter cubes in your hands. Then knead in the sour cream and the cold water. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Then roll it out and place it in the pie dish, pulling up the sides. Cover with baking paper and rice or dry beans and bake blind for 15 minutes at 180 C degrees. Then remove the rice or beans and the baking paper too. Now prick the bottom with a fork and bake again for 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Halve and pit <strong>1.2 kg of plums<\/strong> and spread on the baked pastry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Cinnamon icing:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>50 g Butter<\/em><br><em>50 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 \u00bd tsp Cinnamon<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Nutmeg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan and let bubble briefly. Then spread on the fruit. Bake in the oven at 160 C degrees30-40 minutes.
