Sie ist von den Griechen, R\u00f6mern und Spaniern beeinflusst. In Neapel wird behauptet, sie h\u00e4tten die erste Pizza gebacken, dort findet man heutzutage nicht nur die klassischen Pizzen, sondern auch ganz neue Variationen mit K\u00fcrbismus statt Tomatensauce und Ziegenk\u00e4se statt Mozzarella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Napoli ist eine ganz interessante Stadt, vor kurzem hat man unter der Altstadt mehrere Stockwerke von alten H\u00e4usern gefunden. Die reichen zur\u00fcck bis zu den Griechen. Man hat einfach jedes Mal eine neue Stadt \u00fcber der alten Stadt gebaut. 1995 wurde die gesamte Altstadt zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe erkl\u00e4rt. Napoli heisst auf Griechisch \u201eneue Stadt\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich bringe Euch ein typisch neapolitanisches Rezept, die Polpettine all Napoletna! It is influenced by the Greeks, Romans, and Spaniards. Naples is said to have baked the first pizza, and nowadays you can find not only the classic pizzas there, but also brand new variations with mashed pumpkin instead of tomato sauce and goat cheese instead of mozzarella. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Napoli is quite an interesting city, recently they found several floors of old houses under the old town. They go back to the Greeks. They just built a new city on top of the old one each time. In 1995, the entire old town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Napoli means &#8220;new city&#8221; in Greek. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I bring you a typical Neapolitan recipe, the Polpettine alla Napoletana! They are part of <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/klassiker-der-italienischen-kueche-und-unbekannte-rezepte-aus-italien\/\">Volkermampft&#8217;s Culinary World Tour to Italy. <\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pol12-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Polpettine alla Napoletana\" class=\"wp-image-14954\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>800 g Rinder Hackfleisch<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>1 Bund Petersilie <br \/>, gehackt<br \/>1 TL Oregano<br \/>1 TL Paprika<br \/>\u00bd TL Chili<br \/>1 TL Salz<br \/>Pfeffer<br \/>30 g geriebener Parmesan<br \/>1 Ei100 g Brot Br\u00f6sel\/frisch geriebenes Altbrot<br \/>20 ml Milch<br \/>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br \/>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Oregano<br \/>2 Lorbeer Bl\u00e4tter<br \/>2 Dosen gehackte Pelati (800 g Tomaten)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Fleisch B\u00e4llchen alle Zutaten bis auf das Oliven\u00f6l zusammen kneten. Evt. Muss mehr Milch oder mehr Brot Br\u00f6sel reingeknetet werden. Die Masse in ca. 18-20 B\u00e4llchen formen und auf einer Platte im K\u00fchlschrank durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Unterdessen die Sauce kochen. Das Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und den Knoblauch darin kurz anbraten. Dann die Tomaten dazu geben und w\u00fcrzen. Nun die Sauce eine Stunde langsam k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unterdessen das Oel f\u00fcr das Fleisch in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die B\u00e4llchen darin allseitig braun braten. Dann die B\u00e4llchen in eine ofenfeste Form geben und die Sauce dar\u00fcber geben. Im Ofen bei 160 C Grad 75 Minuten backen, dabei evt. etwas Wasser zur Sauce geben. Die Polpettine mit Pasta oder Gnocchi servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 People:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>800 g Minced Beef<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Chili<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br \/><em>1 egg100 g Bread Crumbs\/freshly grated stale bread<\/em><br \/><em>20 ml Milk<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>2 Bay Leaves<\/em><br \/><em>2 cans of chopped Pelati (800 g Tomatoes)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the meatballs, knead all the ingredients together except the olive oil. You may need to add more milk or breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into 18-20 balls and place on a plate in the fridge to cool. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic briefly. Then add the tomatoes and season. Now let the sauce simmer slowly for an hour. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meanwhile, heat the oil for the meat in a shallow pan and fry the meatballs until brown on all sides. Then place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in the oven at 160 C for 75 minutes, adding a little water to the sauce if necessary.
