Die sind unm\u00f6glich zu erhalten in Asien. (ausser man hat einen eigenen Gem\u00fcsegarten) F\u00fcr mich kommen da immer Kindheitserinnerungen hoch. Das habe ich in einem <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/21\/fiori-di-zucca-ripieni-filled-zucchini-flowers\/\">fr\u00fcheren Post<\/a> schon geschrieben. Man kann sie <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/26\/fior-di-zucca-gebacken-baked\/\">f\u00fcllen und backen<\/a>, oder einfach <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/23\/fiori-di-zucca-fritti\/\">im Ausbackteig frittieren<\/a>. Diesmal habe ich einen Parmesan Teig gemacht und sie mit Ricotta und Kr\u00e4utern gef\u00fcllt. Sie waren wunderbar delikat!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I just found zucchini flowers at the market in Switzerland. They are impossible to get in Asia. (unless, you have your own vegetable garden) For me, childhood memories always come up. I already wrote about this in an <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/21\/fiori-di-zucca-ripieni-filled-zucchini-flowers\/\">earlier post<\/a>. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/26\/fior-di-zucca-gebacken-baked\/\">stuff them and bake<\/a> them, or <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/23\/fiori-di-zucca-fritti\/\">just deep fry them in the batter<\/a>. This time I made a parmesan dough and filled them with ricotta and herbs. <\/em><em>They were wonderfully delicate!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/fio8-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Ricotta gef\u00fcllte Zucchini Bl\u00fcten im Parmesan Teig\" class=\"wp-image-14807\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<\/strong><br>6 Zucchini Bl\u00fcten<br>200 g Ricotta<br>\u00bd Bund Petersilie<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Chili Pulver<br>Oel zum Braten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Teig:<\/strong> <br>2 Eier<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>30 ml Milch oder etwas mehr<br>30 g Parmesan, gerieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zucchini Bl\u00fcten reinigen, wie in <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/21\/fiori-di-zucca-ripieni-filled-zucchini-flowers\/\">diesem Beitrag beschrieben<\/a>, den Stempel in der Bl\u00fcte entfernen, soweit vorhanden. Den Ricotta mit den gehackten Kr\u00e4utern und dem Gew\u00fcrz gut vermischen und in einen Spritzbeutel geben. Nun sorgf\u00e4ltig in die Bl\u00fcten spritzen. Die Zutaten zum Teig gut zusammen mischen und die Bl\u00fcten darin wenden. In heissem Oel auf allen Seiten gut durchbraten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 2 People:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>6 Zucchini Flowers<\/em><br><em>200 g Ricotta<\/em><br><em>\u00bd bunch Parsley<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Chili powder<\/em><br><em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Batter:<\/strong> <\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>30 ml Milk or a little more<\/em><br><em>30 g Parmesan Cheese, grated<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Clean the zucchini flowers, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/08\/21\/fiori-di-zucca-ripieni-filled-zucchini-flowers\/\">described in this post<\/a>, remove the pistil in the flower, if any. Mix the ricotta with the chopped herbs and seasoning well and put in a piping bag. Now carefully pipe into the flowers. Mix well the ingredients to the batter and turn the flowers over in it. Fry well on all sides in hot oil.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
