Teufelsh\u00e4hnchen ist ein traditionelles Rezept f\u00fcr die Zubereitung ganzer H\u00e4hnchen, mit einem rustikalen und sehr schmackhaften Ergebnis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr dieses Rezept ist es ideal, ein nicht sehr gro\u00dfes, also eher junges Huhn mit zartem Fleisch zu verwenden, das entlang des R\u00fcckens halbiert wurde. Man kann das Huhn auch in der Pfanne kochen, es muss nicht unbedingt der Grill sein, aber auf dem Grill kriegt es die dunklen Stellen, die so speziell f\u00fcr das Teufelsh\u00e4hnchen sind. Und klar, dieses Rezept stammt aus Italien!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">******<em>****<\/em>**<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The name &#8220;Pollo alla diavola&#8221; derives from the state in which the chicken is cooked: The recipe calls for the chicken to be cooked over a very high flame, reminiscent of the flames of hell, and with lots of pepperoncino, which makes the flavor very spicy. Devil&#8217;s chicken is a traditional recipe for cooking whole chicken, with a rustic and very tasty result. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For this recipe it is ideal to use a chicken that is not very large, that is rather young, with tender meat, cut in half along the back. You can also cook the chicken in a pan, it doesn&#8217;t have to be the grill, but the grill is where it gets those dark spots that are so special to deviled chicken. And sure, this recipe comes from Italy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/pol4-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Pollo alla Diavola\" class=\"wp-image-14796\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht 1 Brathuhn, wenn m\u00f6glich jung, und schneidet es auf der Brustseite in der Mitte auf, so dass man das Huhn platt legen kann. Man dr\u00fcckt es mit der Handfl\u00e4che platt.&nbsp;Dieses Huhn bestreut man mit Paprika, vielen Chili Flocken, Pfeffer, wenig Salz und italienischen Kr\u00e4utern. Dann wird es mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufelt und das wird nun mit den Gew\u00fcrzen innen und aussen auf dem Huhn eingerieben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Huhn kann nun auf den auf Medium Heat (zu heiss ist schlecht, die Haut verbrennt dann) eingestellten Grill gelegt werden und damit es sch\u00f6n durchkocht wird ein Backstein mit Alufolie umwickelt und auf das Huhn gelegt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Brathuhn braucht ca 50-60 Minuten auf dem Grill. Es muss mehrfach gewendet werden, aber vorsichtig, denn man will ja die Haut knusprig und nicht zerrissen haben. Das Huhn wird am Besten mit Grill Gem\u00fcse serviert. Leicht, einfach, super!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You need 1 roast chicken, young if possible, and cut it in half on the breast side so you can flatten the chicken. You flatten it with the palm of your hand.&nbsp;This chicken is sprinkled with paprika, lots of chili flakes, pepper, a little salt and Italian herbs. Then it is drizzled with olive oil and that is now rubbed with the spices inside and outside on the chicken.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The chicken can now be placed on the grill set to medium heat (too hot is bad, the skin will burn), so that it cooks nicely, a brick is wrapped with aluminum foil and placed on the chicken.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The roast chicken needs about 50-60 minutes on the grill. It must be turned several times, but carefully, because you want the skin crispy and not torn. The chicken is best served with grilled vegetables.
