Ich bin zwar kein Suppenkaspar, aber eine feine cremige Tomatensuppe mag ich. Jetzt sind die Tomaten so richtig reif und man kriegt auf dem Markt die tollsten Sorten. Da kocht man gerne damit! Was ich nicht mag, sind Beutelsuppen. Die sind zwar schnell gekocht, aber geschmacklich nicht wirklich so, wie man sich eine gute Suppe vorstellt. Zudem gibt&#8217;s da Farbstoffe, Geschmacksverst\u00e4rker und vieles mehr, was man nicht essen sollte. Lieber stehe ich etwas l\u00e4nger am Herd!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A fine soup is a good thing. I&#8217;m not a soup person, but I do like a fine creamy tomato soup. Now the tomatoes are really ripe and you can get the best varieties at the market. It&#8217;s a pleasure to cook with them! What I don&#8217;t like are bag soups. They are quick to cook, but they don&#8217;t really taste like a good soup. In addition, there are colo<\/em><em>rings, flavor enhancers and much more that you shouldn&#8217;t eat. I&#8217;d rather stand at the cooker a little longer!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/tom10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Tomatensuppe mit Mozzarella\" class=\"wp-image-14785\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 3 Portionen:<br \/>500 g Tomaten<br \/>1\/2 Zwiebel<br \/>4 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>Salt und Pfeffer<br \/>Chili Flocken<br \/>Oregano und Rosmarin<br \/>500 ml Wasser<br \/>1 W\u00fcrfel Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<br \/>2 El Tomaten P\u00fcree <br \/>etwas Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>1 Mozzarella Kugel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch fein hacken und in etwas Oliven\u00f6l anschwitzen. Unterdessen die Tomaten sch\u00e4len und hacken, dann zugeben und 10 Minuten mitkochen. Das Wasser mit dem Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche W\u00fcrfel zugeben und alles gut w\u00fcrzen. Das Tomaten P\u00fcree zugeben und nochmals 15 Minuten gut k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann die Suppe im Blender p\u00fcrieren. Den Mozzarella klein schneiden und in die Suppe geben. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3 persons:<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Tomatoes<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 Onion<\/em><br \/><em>4 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Chili flakes<\/em><br \/><em>Oregano and Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>500 ml Water<\/em><br \/><em>1 cube Vegetable Broth<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Tomato Puree<\/em><br \/><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>1 fresh Mozzarella<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil. Meanwhile peel the tomatoes and chop them too. Add them to the onions and cook for 10 minutes. Add the water and the broth cube and season well. Then add tomato puree and let cook on small flame for 15 minutes, then blend in a blender.
