Doch viele meiner Freundinnen servieren Zopf an Parties mit K\u00e4se und kaltem Fleisch. Da serviere ich aber lieber Sauerteig Brot oder kleine dunkle Br\u00f6tchen. Doch man kann den Zopf anpassen, statt ihn hell zu lassen, kann man ihn f\u00e4rben und ihm dazu auch noch Geschmack geben, zum Beispiel wie dieser Dreifarbiger Zopf. Ich ben\u00fctze dazu Pestos! Ja, die Farbe ist nicht stark, dazu m\u00fcsste man Lebensmittel Farbe zugeben, was ich gerne vermeide. Der Zopf kam gut an bei uns!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We love Zopf, especially on Sundays, where it fits so well. But many of my friends serve Zopf at parties with cheese and cold meat. However, I prefer to serve sourdough bread or small dark rolls with them. But you can adapt the Zopf, instead of leaving it light, you can color it and give it flavor as well. I use pesto&#8217;s for this! Yes, the color is not strong, you would have to add food color to it, which I like to avoid. The Zopf went down well with us!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/zop10-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Dreifarbiger Zopf\" class=\"wp-image-14642\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ein 1.5 kg schweres Brot:<br>1 kg Ruchmehl (oder Weissmehl)<br>2 TL Salz<br>10 g Trockenhefe<br>550 ml warmes Wasser<br>2 EL Rotes Pesto mit Chili<br>2 EL Basilikum Pesto<br>etwas Sesam Samen<br>etwas Chia Samen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz gut vermischen. Dann die Trockenhefe dazu geben und wieder gut vermischen.<br>Ich arbeite mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine, lasse sie auf Stufe 1 laufen. Das Wasser langsam einrieseln lassen und 3 Minuten auf Stufe 1 laufen lassen. Dann auf Stufe 3 ca 5 Minuten kneten lassen.&nbsp;<br>Den Teig in drei gleich grosse Teile schneiden und einen Teil mit dem roten Pesto verkneten, den zweiten Teil mit dem gr\u00fcnen Pesto verkneten. Die drei Teile in Sch\u00fcsseln zugedeckt 1 Stunde gehen lassen.&nbsp;<br>Nun jedes Teil in eine lange Rolle ausrollen. Die drei Rollen oben zusammen dr\u00fccken und unter den Zopf schlagen, dann wie einen Zopf flechten. Unten wieder die drei Teile zusammen dr\u00fccken und unterschlagen.<br>Den gr\u00fcnen Teil mit einem Pinsel etwas feucht machen und mit Chia Samen bestreuen. Den weissen &nbsp;Teil auch feucht machen und mit Sesam bestreuen. Zugedeckt 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Den Ofen auf 200 C Grad aufheizen und den Zopf darin 40 Minuten backen. Man kann den Zopf auch mit Spinat und Roter Beete\/Randen f\u00e4rben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a 1.5 kg size bread:<\/em><br><em>1 kg strong Bread Flour<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>10 g Dried Yeast<\/em><br><em>550 ml warm Water<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Red Pesto with Chili<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Basil Pesto<\/em><br><em>some Sesame Seeds<\/em><br><em>some Chia Seeds<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour and salt well, then add the dried yeast and mix again. I work with my kitchen machine and let it work on level 1. Slowly add the warm water and let work on level 1. Then turn onto 3 and let knead for 5 minutes.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Cut the dough into 3 parts and knead the red pesto into one part, then the green pesto into the second part, leave the third part as it is. Put each dough into a bowl, cover them and let them rise for one hour.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Then roll each part into a long sausage, push them together at one end, fold this under the bread and start braiding. Push the ends together and fold them under the bread.<\/em><br><em>Brush the green dough part with some cold water and sprinkle with Chia seeds. Then brush the white dough with some water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 C, then bake the bread for 40 minutes.
