Ich war jetzt fast 1 Jahr nicht mehr hier, da hat sich doch vieles ge\u00e4ndert. Wir wohnen in einem Hotel in der Wanchai. Wanchai ist der Bar Bezirk von Hong Kong Island. Hier ist Tag und Nacht etwas los! Also, eigentlich muss ich sagen \u201ewar\u201c etwas los! Es gibt immer noch Bars, aber\u2026 weniger, viel weniger, und durch all die Restriktionen werden sie auch viel weniger besucht. Wer in eine Bar will, muss einen RAT Test (Schnelltest) vorzeigen, der 24 Stunden G\u00fcltigkeit vorweist. Auch Restaurants darum herum, haben gelitten und so sind viele geschlossen. \u00a0Es ist schockierend f\u00fcr uns, denn wir sind uns ganz anderes gewohnt! Baren, in denen wir den Ladies Evening gefeiert haben, sind geschlossen. Restaurants, in denen wir nach dem Cocktail gegessen haben, gibt\u2019s nicht mehr. Viele kleine Gesch\u00e4fte sind geschlossen, das Lokal leer und zum Vermieten. Und keiner will es, denn mitten in einer Pandemie beginnt man nicht viel neues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Und so komme ich zu meinem Rezept! Solche Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel Br\u00f6tchen sind sehr beliebt. Es gibt aber sehr viele verschiedene Arten, wie man sie herstellen kann. Oft sind sie sehr flockig, wie Bl\u00e4tterteig, manchmal sehr kompakt. Meine sind eher m\u00fcrb und schmecken herrlich! Sie sind in China auch Teil von Streetfood, man kriegt sie oft an Strassenecken.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We are still in Hong Kong and here I bring you not only a typical Chinese recipe, but also a few thoughts about Hong Kong in the middle of a pandemic! I haven&#8217;t been here for almost a year now, so a lot has changed. We are staying in a hotel in Wanchai. Wanchai is the bar district of Hong Kong Island. There is something going on here day and night! Well, actually, I have to say &#8220;was&#8221; something going on! There are still bars, but&#8230; less, much less, and due to all the restrictions, they are also much less frequented. If you want to go to a bar, you have to show a RAT test (rapid test), which is valid for 24 hours. Restaurants around them have also suffered and so many are closed.\u00a0 It&#8217;s shocking for us because we are used to something completely different! Bars where we celebrated Ladies Evening are closed. Restaurants where we ate after cocktails are no longer there. Many small shops are closed, the place is empty and for rent. And nobody wants it, because in the middle of a pandemic you don&#8217;t start new things. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>But let\u2019s go to my recipe! Spring onion buns like these are very popular. But there are many different ways to make them. Often, they are very flaky, like puff pastry, sometimes very compact. Mine are rather crumbly and taste wonderful!\u00a0<\/em><em>They are also part of street food in China, you can often get them on street corners.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/bun8-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"Chinesische Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel Br\u00f6tchen\" class=\"wp-image-14478\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 8 Br\u00f6tchen:<br \/><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br \/>100 ml warme Milch (kann auch Soja Milch sein)<br \/>\u00bd EL Sesam Oel<br \/>300 g Mehl<br \/>1 \u00bd TL Trockenhefe<br \/>1 EL Zucker<br \/>\u00bd EL ger\u00f6stete Sesam Samen <br \/>\u00bd TL Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F<strong>\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>100 g gehackte Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/>\u00bc TL Salz<br \/>1 Messerspitze Pfeffer<br \/>1 TL ger\u00f6stete Sesam Samen<br \/>50 ml heisses Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die trockenen Zutaten des Teiges vermischen, dann die warme Milch und das Oel dazu geben. Alles gut zusammen kneten, von Hand dauert das ca. 15 Minuten, mit der Maschine 5 Minuten. In einer eingefetteten Sch\u00fcssel 2 Stunden ruhen lassen. Unterdessen die F\u00fcllung herstellen. Alle Zutaten, ausser dem heissen Oel, gut zusammen mischen! Dann langsam das heisse Oel dazu geben. Sobald der Teig geruht hat, eine Rolle daraus formen. Diese in 8 gleich grosse St\u00fccke schneiden. Jedes St\u00fcck in einen Ball formen, dann mit der Handfl\u00e4che flach und in ein ovales Stuck dr\u00fccken. Kurz mit dem Wallholz gleichm\u00e4ssig rollen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die F\u00fcllung darauf geben und die langen Seiten dar\u00fcber falten, leicht andr\u00fccken. Dann die Rolle wie eine Schnecke zusammen rollen, es darf ruhig unregelm\u00e4\u00dfig aussehen und die F\u00fcllung darf auch sichtbar sein, dann sehen sie aus wie Rosen. Die Br\u00f6tchen auf einem Backpapier lagern. In einer beschichteten Pfanne 2 EL Oel erhitzen und die Broetchen rein geben. Bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 3 Minuten braten, dann ca. 50 ml Wasser dazu geben und sofort mit dem Deckel zudecken. So lange d\u00e4mpfen, bis das Wasser verdampft ist. Warm servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8 Buns:<\/em><br \/><em><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>100 ml warm Milk (can also be Soy Milk)<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tbsp Sesame Oil<\/em><br \/><em>300 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>1 \u00bd tsp Dry Yeast<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tbsp roasted Sesame Seeds <\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>100 g chopped Spring-onions<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>1 pinch of Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp roasted Sesame Seeds<\/em><br \/><em>50 ml hot Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the dry ingredients of the dough, then add the warm milk and the oil. Knead everything well together, by hand it takes about 15 minutes, with a machine 5 minutes. Leave to rest in a greased bowl for 2 hours. Meanwhile, make the filling. Mix all the ingredients together, except the hot oil! Then slowly add the hot oil. Once the dough has rested, form a roll. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball, then flatten with the palm of your hand and press into an oval shape. Briefly roll evenly with the rolling pin. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the filling on top and fold the long sides over it, pressing lightly. Then roll the roll up like a snail, it may look irregular, and the filling may also be visible; that&#8217;s OK they just look like roses. Store the rolls on a sheet of baking paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick frying pan and put the rolls in. Fry over a medium heat for about 3 minutes, then add about 50 ml water and immediately cover with the lid. Steam until the water has evaporated. Serve warm!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/bun1-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"\"
