Dann muss man ihn nur noch knusprig grillen. Wenn sie in der Pfanne gemacht werden, auf einen Zahnstocher stecken und ohne Oel in einer beschichteten Pfanne braun braten. Schmeckt zu allen Fleischarten oder auch nur so als Snack zu einem Glas Wein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 pack of dried prunes (or dates, apricots, figs)<\/em><br><em>Slices of bacon <\/em><br><em>Wooden skewers or toothpicks<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wrap the prunes (or dates) with bacon and put them on a wooden skewer soaked in water, if you are grilling them. 5 &#8211; 6 plums go on one skewer. Then you just have to grill them until crispy. If you make them in a pan, put them on a toothpick and fry them without oil in a coated pan until brown.
