Zuhause habe ich dann aus Pizzateig Br\u00f6tchen gemacht und das Oel dazu serviert. Die Br\u00f6tchen sind weg und das Oel auch! Ich serviere es nun sehr oft, vor allem bei sch\u00f6nen Dinner Parties. .\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>We went to a great restaurant and there was a spiced oil with the bread, it was delicious. At home I made rolls out of pizza dough and served the oil with them. The rolls are gone and so is the oil! I serve it now often, especially at nice dinner parties!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/oel5-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"Gew\u00fcrztes dipping Oel\" class=\"wp-image-14333\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">100 ml gutes Oliven\u00f6l<br>Wir haben hier kleine Peperoni, die w\u00fcrziger sind, in Europa gibt\u2019s die nicht, das heisst, hier brauche ich 2 kleine, in Europa braucht man vielleicht \u00be einer Peperoni<br>\u00bd rote Zwiebel<br>1 Knoblauchzehe<br>1 Ast Rosmarin<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Chili Pulver<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Peperoni mit der Zwiebel, dem Knoblauch und Rosmarin mit dem Hacker ganz klein hacken. Dann das Oel und Gew\u00fcrz zugeben und gut mischen. In ein Glas abf\u00fcllen, so ist es ca. 2 Wochen haltbar. Es schmeckt wunderbar zu Pizza Br\u00f6tchen, Ciabatta Br\u00f6tchen, Baguette und weichem Brot zum auftunken!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>100 ml good Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>We have small capsicum here which are spicier, you don&#8217;t get them in Europe, that means here I need 2 small ones, in Europe you need maybe \u00be of a Capsicum<\/em><br><em>\u00bd red Onion<\/em><br><em>1 clove of Garlic<\/em><br><em>1 branch of Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Chili powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the peppers with the onion, garlic, and rosemary very finely with a chopper. Add the oil and spices and mix well. Fill into a jar, it will keep for about 2 weeks.
