Die schmeckt gut und so dachte ich, mit dieser Sauce kann man doch auch kleine W\u00fcrfel machen, die man zum Kaffee servieren kann. Wenn man unten einen M\u00fcrbeteig macht, die Sauce darauf streicht und dann in W\u00fcrfel schneidet, kann man die W\u00fcrfel in Schokolade tunken. Es ergibt ein knuspriges, aber auch weiches Dessert, das auch nach einem Abendessen noch runterrutscht! Ich mag es, Speisen herzustellen, die man auf sehr vielf\u00e4ltige Weise ben\u00fctzen kann!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I recently made a <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/06\/17\/erdnuss-sauce-fur-sussspeisen-und-eiscremen-peanut-sauce-for-sweets-and-ice-cream\/\">peanut sauce<\/a> for ice cream. It tastes good and so I thought, with this sauce you can also make small cubes to serve with coffee. If you make a short pastry at the bottom, spread the sauce on it and then cut it into cubes, you can dip the cubes into chocolate. It makes a crunchy but also soft dessert that slides down even after a dinner! I like to make dishes that can be used in many different ways!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/nut15-577x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Erdnuss und Schokolade W\u00fcrfel\" class=\"wp-image-14310\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 25-30 W\u00fcrfel:<br><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br>300 g Mehl<br>100 g Puderzucker<br>125 g weiche Butter<br>1 TL Vanille Extrakt<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>Ca. 4 EL kaltes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br>\u00bd Glas Erdnuss Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br>400 g Milchschokoladen Couverture<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aus den Zutaten des Teiges schnell einen Teig zusammen kneten. Ein rechteckiges kleines Blech einfetten, dann ein eingefettetes Backpapier darauf legen und den Teig darauf auslegen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 15-20 Minuten backen. Dann ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br>Die Erdnuss Sauce erw\u00e4rmen, bis sie fast fl\u00fcssig ist und auf den Teig giessen. Das Blech ein paar Mal auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che klopfen, damit die F\u00fcllung eben verteilt ist und dann im K\u00fchlschrank 4 Stunden hart werden lassen. Dann das Biskuit aus der Backform nehmen und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Couverture hacken und im Wasserbad schmelzen. Jeden W\u00fcrfel einzeln sorgf\u00e4ltig mit Schokolade \u00fcberziehen oder die W\u00fcrfel auf eine Kartoffelgabel stecken und durch die Schokolade ziehen. Im K\u00fchlschrank ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Makes approx. 25-30 cubes:<\/em><br><em><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>300 g Flour<\/em><br><em>100 g Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>125 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Extract<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>Approx. 4 tbsp. cold Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>\u00bd glass Peanut Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>400 g milk Chocolate Couverture<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Quickly knead together a dough from the ingredients of the pastry. Grease a small rectangular baking tray, then place greased baking paper on top and spread the dough on it. Bake in the oven at 180 C degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then leave to cool completely.<\/em><br><em>Heat the peanut sauce until it is almost liquid and pour it on the pastry. Tap the tray a few times on the work surface so that the filling is evenly distributed and then leave to harden in the fridge for 4 hours. Then remove the sponge from the baking tin and cut into cubes. Chop the couverture and melt in a bain-marie. Carefully coat each cube individually with chocolate or put the cubes on a potato fork and pull them through the chocolate.
