Deshalb habe ich meine Karotten mit Tahini Topping, Pfefferminze, Feta und N\u00fcssen serviert.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;R\u00fcebli git sch\u00f6ni B\u00fcebli!&#8221; sagte man bei uns in der Schweiz immer. Dazu habe ich eine Geschichte. Als ich mit meinem Sohn schwanger war, ging ich immer zum selben Marktstand und kaufte saure Aepfel und eben Karotten. Das waren fast die einzigen Lebensmittel, die unten blieben, alles andere kam mir immer gleich hoch und das bis zum 7. Monat. Der Bauer meinte dann immer, &#8220;Also wenn das nicht ein sch\u00f6nes B\u00fcebli (Junge) wird, dann weiss ich auch nicht, was an meinen R\u00fcebli (Karotten) falsch ist!&#8221; Als mein Sohn dann geboren war, habe ich ihn stolz gezeigt und die ganze Bauernfamilie kam hinter dem Marktstand hervor und bestaunte das sch\u00f6nste Baby auf der Welt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Carrots don&#8217;t have to be boring either, it always depends on how and with what you serve them. That&#8217;s why I served mine with tahini, mint, feta and nuts.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>&#8220;R\u00fcebli git sch\u00f6ni B\u00fcebli!&#8221; (carrots make beautiful boys) is what we used to say in Switzerland. I have a story about that. When I was pregnant with my son, I always went to the same market stall and bought sour apples and carrots. Those were almost the only foods that stayed down, everything else I had to throw up and that went on until the 7th month. The farmer would always say, &#8220;Well, if that will not be a beautiful B\u00fcebli (boy), then I don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s wrong with my R\u00fcebli (carrots)!&#8221; When my son was born, I proudly showed him off and the whole farmers family came out from behind the market stall and marveled\u00a0at the most beautiful baby in the world!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/rue7-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Karotten mit Tahini Topping\" class=\"wp-image-14272\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>500 g Karotten in lange Stifte geschnitten<br>Oliven\u00f6l<br>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Karotten auf einem Backblech auslegen, mit Oliven\u00f6l besprenkeln, Salz und Pfeffer dar\u00fcber geben und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 30 Minuten r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><br>4 EL Tahini<br>Saft \u00bd Zitrone<br>Pfefferminz Bl\u00e4tter, zerrissen<br>1 TL Honig<br>3 EL Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br>Feta K\u00e4se<br>Baumn\u00fcsse<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Sauce mit dem Mixer zusammen mischen und \u00fcber die ger\u00f6steten Karotten geben. Mit Feta, Baumn\u00fcssen und ein paar Pfefferminz Bl\u00e4ttern bestreuen, sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>500 g Carrots cut into long sticks<\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Lay out the carrots on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 200 C degrees for 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Tahini<\/em><br><em>Juice of \u00bd Lemon<\/em><br><em>Peppermint Leaves, torn<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Honey<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Feta Cheese<\/em><br><em>Walnuts<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients of the sauce together in a blender and pour over the roasted carrots.
