Sie helfen bei der Arbeit auf dem Feld, wie auch als Tragtier f\u00fcr den Marktbesuch. Und deren Milch wird f\u00fcr K\u00e4se gebraucht. Es gibt den Kesong Puti, ein Weichk\u00e4se, den man mit Kr\u00e4utern oder Knoblauch w\u00fcrzen kann und der durch Zugabe von Essig gemacht wird. \u00a0Wenn man aber Rennet zugibt, dann wird ein Mozzarella \u00e4hnlicher K\u00e4se daraus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Normalerweise wird Kesong Puti in Bananen Bl\u00e4tter gewickelt und so verkauft. Man kann ihn so aufs Brot streichen, oder braten, oder als Zutat f\u00fcr Pealla negra oder Ginataang, einem Kokosnuss Milch Gericht. Der K\u00e4se kannbis zu einer Woche aufbewahrt werden, je weicher er ist, desto k\u00fcrzer die Aufbewahrzeit. Man sollte ihn aber nie einfrieren, deshalb vakuumiere ich ihn gerne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A carabaos are water buffalos in the Philippines that are kept as working pets. They help with the work in the fields, as well as being a pack animal for going to market. And their milk is used for cheese. There is Kesong Puti, a soft cheese that can be flavoured with herbs or garlic and is made by adding vinegar.\u00a0 But if you add Rennet, it becomes a cheese similar to mozzarella. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Kesong Puti is usually wrapped in banana leaves and sold that way. It can be spread on bread, fried, or used as an ingredient in pealla negra or ginataang, a coconut milk dish. Can be stored for up to a week, but the softer it is, the shorter the shelf life is. It should never be frozen, though, so I like to vacuum it. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/che10.1.jpg\" alt=\"Kesong Puti\" class=\"wp-image-83656\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 500 g K\u00e4se:<br \/>2 L Carabao Milch<br \/>7 EL weisser Essig<br \/>1 EL Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Milch langsam erw\u00e4rmen, dabei oft mit dem Schwingbesen mischen, damit sie nicht anbrennt. Das braucht ca. 10 Minuten. Dann 5 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen und den Essig unter r\u00fchren rein geben. Sofort teilt sich die Milch, das Salz zugeben und nochmals kurz r\u00fchren. Dann sollte man sie nicht mehr r\u00fchren, sondern mindestens 1 Stunde ruhen lassen. (Auf der Milch sieht man die getrennte Fl\u00fcssigkeit. Diese Fl\u00fcssigkeit ist die Molke und kann auf verschiedene Weise gebraucht werde, z.B. zum Brotbacken, man kann sie trinken und das schweizerische Getr\u00e4nk Rivella ist aus Molke hergestellt. Viele Bodybilder nehmen Molkenpulver zu sich, da es den Muskelaufbau f\u00f6rdert.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nach ca. 1 Stunde kann man den anger\u00fchrten K\u00e4se durch ein K\u00e4setuch giessen und die Molke auffangen. Man sollte soviel Fl\u00fcssigkeit wie m\u00f6glich aus dem K\u00e4se pressen, ich h\u00e4nge danach das Tuch an den Wasserhahn und lasse es noch 1 Stunde austropfen. Dann den K\u00e4se in ein spezielles Sieb oder K\u00f6rbchen geben und nochmals 1 Stunde stehen lassen. Dann ist der K\u00e4se bereits essbar! <br \/>Man kann ihn mit Kr\u00e4utern oder gehacktem, gepresstem Knoblauch mischen, das macht man wenn man das Salz zugibt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/05\/05\/selbstgemachter-weichkaese-homemade-soft-cheese\/\">Und hier ist ein weiteres Weichk\u00e4se Rezept &#8211; here is another soft cheese recipe<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 500 g Cheese:<\/em><br \/><em>2 L Carabao Milk<\/em><br \/><em>7 tbsp white Vinegar<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the milk slowly, mixing often with a whisk so that it does not burn. This takes about 10 minutes. Then leave to cool for 5 minutes and stir in the vinegar. Immediately the milk separates, add the salt and stir again briefly. Then you should not stir it anymore, let it rest for at least 1 hour. (You can see the separated liquid on the milk. This liquid is whey and can be used in various ways, e.g. for baking bread, you can drink it and the Swiss drink Rivella is made from whey. Many bodybuilders take whey powder because it promotes muscle building). <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>After about 1 hour, you can pour the mixed cheese through a cheesecloth and collect the whey. You should squeeze as much liquid out of the cheese as possible. Afterwards, I hang the cloth on the tap and let it drip out for another 1 hour. Then put the cheese in a special sieve or basket and let it stand for another 1 hour.
