Gnocchi! F\u00fcr mich sind sie etwas vom Besten! Ich k\u00f6nnte sie jeden Tag essen. Aber das hat auch seinen Grund! Meine Mama war Italienerin, so richtig Vollblut, mit Temperament und viel Liebe! Sie konnte kochen, und wie! Traditionelle italienische Gerichte, vom Risotto, \u00fcber Pasta, Brasato, Scaloppine, Pasta Frolla, Gnocchi und vieles mehr. Da aber die Gnocchi sehr Zeit-intensiv sind, gab es die nur an ganz bestimmten Tagen. Zum Beispiel an unseren Geburtstagen! Meine Schwester und ich w\u00fcnschten uns immer Gnocchi, Tonnen davon! Wir assen nicht, wir stopften rein, denn dann hiess es, wieder ein Jahr warten, bis die n\u00e4chste Gnocchi Galore kam! Ich habe am Wochenende wieder welche gemacht und dabei ist ein Filmchen entstanden. <\/p>\n

Ich habe auf diesem Blog schon sehr viele Gnocchi Rezepte, denn man kann sie nicht nur aus Kartoffeln machen. Hier sind die Traditionellen Kartoffel Gnocchi<\/a>! Aber man kann sich auch etwas Arbeit ersparen und sie im Spritzbeutel<\/a> machen. Auch Glutenfrei geht, hier sind Zucchini Gnocchi<\/a>! Mit K\u00fcrbis<\/a> werden sie sehr fein! Schoen rot werden sie mit Randen\/Rote Beete<\/a>! Man kann aber auch die R\u00f6mische Art machen, mit Griess<\/a>. Ricotta Gnocchi<\/a> sind super delikat! Mit Spinat<\/a> werden sie sch\u00f6n gr\u00fcn und mit Suesskartoffel<\/a> toll violet!<\/p>\n

Gnocchi! For me, they are  the best! I could eat them every day. But there’s a reason for that! My mum was Italian, a real thoroughbred, with temperament and lots of love! She could cook, and how! Traditional Italian dishes, from risotto to pasta, brasato, scaloppine, pasta frolla, gnocchi and many more. But since gnocchi are very time-intensive, we only had them on very special days. For example, on our birthdays! My sister and I always wanted gnocchi, tons of it! We didn’t eat them, we stuffed them, because then it meant waiting another year for the next Gnocchi Galore! I made some again last weekend and a little film was made. <\/em><\/p>\n

I already have a lot of gnocchi recipes on this blog, because you can’t just make them from potatoes. Here are the traditional potato gnocchi<\/a>! But you can also save yourself some work and make them in a piping bag<\/a>. Gluten-free is also possible, here are courgette\/zucchini gnocchi<\/a>! With pumpkin<\/a> they become delicious! They are nice and red with beetroot<\/a>! You can also make them Roman style, with semolina<\/a>. Ricotta gnocchi<\/a> are super delicious! With spinach<\/a> they turn green and with sweet potato<\/a> they turn purple!<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Die Gnocchi nach einem der oberen Rezepte herstellen. Ich habe bei diesen hier das Grundrezept der traditionellen Gnocchi genommen und 1 TL gemischte Kr\u00e4uter dazu gegeben. In den Videos seht Ihr, wie man den Teig knetet, bis er nicht mehr fest klebt, dann Rollen formt, St\u00fccke schneidet und sie \u00fcber das gerillte Holz, oder eine Gabel streicht.<\/p>\n

Danach kocht man sie in kochendem, gesalzenem Wasser bis sie obenauf schwimmen. Absch\u00f6pfen und in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einer beliebigen Sauce mischen. Meine habe ich mit einer Wurst-Bolognese<\/a> und mit einer K\u00e4sesauce serviert.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Make the gnocchi according to one of the recipes above. I used the basic traditional gnocchi recipe for these and added 1 tsp of mixed herbs. In the videos you can see how to knead the dough until it no longer sticks, then form rolls, cut pieces and spread them over the grooved wood, or a fork. <\/em><\/p>\n

Then cook them in boiling, salted water until they float on top. Skim them off and mix them in a bowl with any sauce you like. I served mine with a sausage Bolognese<\/a> and with a cheese sauce.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
