Das H\u00fchnerfleisch damit marinieren, mindestens 60 Minuten, am besten aber \u00fcber Nacht. Dann in einem schweren Topf das Oel und die Butter schmelzen und die gehackte Zwiebel darin anschwitzen. Das H\u00fchnerfleisch mit der ganzen Marinade dazu geben und gut durch braten. Die Br\u00fche dazu giessen und alles gut mischen. Kurz einkochen lassen, dann die Sahne dazu geben und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Wer Jogurt nimmt, muss die Hitze stark reduzieren und es langsam beigeben. Dann wieder langsam erw\u00e4rmen. Mit Basmatireis servieren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><br>4 Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes<br>1 tbsp Oil<br>1 tbsp Butter<br>1 Onion, chopped<br>100 ml Stock<br>200 ml Cream or Yoghurt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br>2 tbsp Tomato Paste<br>1 tbsp grated Ginger<br>1 tbsp grated Garlic<br>1 tbsp Garam Masala<br>\u00bd tsp Salt<br>\u00bd tsp Turmeric<br>50 g ground Almonds<br>\u00bd tsp Paprika<br>2 tbsp Curry Powder<br>100 g Cream or natural Yoghurt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Puree the ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the chicken with it, at least 60 minutes, but preferably overnight. Melt the oil and butter in a heavy saucepan and saut\u00e9 the chopped onion. Add the chicken with all the marinade and fry well. Pour in the stock and mix well. Let it boil down briefly, then add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>If you use yoghurt, reduce the heat considerably and add it slowly. Then heat up again slowly.
