Ich war noch nie in Mexiko, aber mexikanisch gegessen habe ich schon sehr oft. Und meine Familie liebt diese K\u00fcche auch sehr, deshalb habe ich eines Abends, zum Abschied, bevor wir wieder nach Asien abgereist sind, ein Taco Buffet gemacht. Es gab 4 verschiedene F\u00fcllungen, verschiedene Saucen und verschiedene Beilagen und so konnte jeder w\u00e4hlen, was er gerne mit welcher Sauce, mit welchem Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse gerne zuerst essen m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tacos sind kleine Mais- oder Weizen Tortillas mit verschiedenen F\u00fcllungen, die von Hand gegessen werden. Tacos wurden schon vor dem Einzug der Spanier in Mexiko serviert. Hier ist mein erstes Rezept!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This month the <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/mexiko-kulinarisch-tolle-mexikanische-rezepte-und-leckere-gerichte\/\">culinary world travel from Volkermampft<\/a> travels to Mexico! I have never been in Mexico however I have eaten many times in Mexican restaurants. My family loves it too, that\u2019s why I made a taco buffet on our last night together, before returning to Asia. I made 4 different fillings, different sauces and different sides. So, everyone can choose what he\/she likes best with what kind of meat. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tacos are small corn or wheat tortillas which are filled with meat and eaten by hand. Tacos were already a well-known food in Mexico before the Spanish took over. Here is my first recipe!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/bla11.1.jpg\" alt=\"Schwarze Bohnen und Rindfleisch Tacos\" class=\"wp-image-83750\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>600 g Rinderhackfleisch<br>1 Dose Schwarze Bohnen<br>2 Fleischtomaten, gehackt<br>1 Zwiebel, gehackt<br>1 Pack Taco Seasoning<br>300 ml Tomatensauce<br>100 ml Rinder Br\u00fche<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Bohnen in ein Sieb giessen und auswaschen. In einer weiten Pfanne etwas Oel erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel darin braten. Dann das Fleisch dazu geben und gut durchbraten. Das Tacos Seasoning, die Tomaten und die Bohnen zugeben und alles gut braten. Die Tomatensauce dazu geben und falls alles zu dick ist, auch die Br\u00fche. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <br>Mit den Tacos und Beilagen wie geriebener K\u00e4se, geschnittener Eisberg Salat, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/10\/27\/guacamole-mexican-dip\/\">Guacamole<\/a>, Saure Sahne, Coleslaw, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/06\/10\/huhnerfleisch-tacos-mit-limetten-saure-sahne-sauce-chicken-taco-with-lime-sour-cream-sauce-mexican-food\/\">Lime-Mayonnaise<\/a> etc. servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>600 g ground Beef<\/em><br><em>1 can Black Beans<\/em><br><em>2 Beef Tomatoes, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Packet Taco Seasoning<\/em><br><em>300 ml Tomato Sauce<\/em><br><em>100 ml Beef Broth<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pour the beans into a sieve and rinse. Heat some oil in a wide pan and fry the chopped onion in it. Then add the meat and fry well. Add the tacos seasoning, tomatoes and beans and fry well. Add the tomato sauce and if everything is too thick, also the stock.
