Die Austernpilze eignen sich dazu hervorragend! Sie werden sehr knusprig, verlieren aber gar nichts von ihrem Geschmack. Hier in Asien sind diese Pilze sehr beliebt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nat\u00fcrlich kann man das auch mit anderen Pilzen machen. Ich fand sie eine wunderbare Beilage, man kann sie aber auch \u00fcber einen Salat geben. Man kann sie aber auch als Fingerfood servieren, wie zb Calamari und Chips, mit kleinen Gabeln, so dass jeder zugreifen kann.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I always try to cook mushrooms in new ways, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/09\/29\/portobello-hamburger-mit-ziegenkaese-und-pepperoni-portobello-hamburger-with-goat-cheese-and-capsicum\/\">stuffed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/26\/gebratene-portobello-pilze-fried-portobello-mushrooms\/\">fried<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/03\/06\/russisches-pilz-kaviar-russian-mushroom-caviar\/\">caviar<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/27\/selbstgemachte-pastetli-mit-huhner-ragout-homemade-pasties-with-chicken-ragout\/\">Filling<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/20\/kuerbis-gnocchi-mit-speck-pilz-sauce-und-stilton-pumpkin-gnocchi-with-bacon-mushroom-sauce-and-stilton\/\">Sauce<\/a>, in a <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/08\/steinpilz-risotto-porcini-mushroom-risotto\/\">Risotto<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/07\/19\/zweimal-gebackenes-pilz-kaese-souffle-twice-baked-mushroom-cheese-souffle\/\">Souffle<\/a>, or even as <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/09\/25\/selbstgemachtes-steinpilz-bratensaucepulver-homemade-gravy-powder\/\">roast powder<\/a>. This time I breaded the mushrooms. The oyster mushrooms are great for this! Here in Asia these mushrooms are loved!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Of course, you can make this dish with any mushrooms. They get very crispy, but don&#8217;t lose any of their flavor at all. I found them a wonderful side dish, but you can also put them over a salad.
