Risotto kann man mit jeder Zutat machen, egal welches Gem\u00fcse, ob mit Fleisch, oder eben Blauschimmelk\u00e4se, jedes Mal ist er eine Delikatesse! Ich serviere Risotto gerne allein, keine anderen Beilagen dazu. In Italien ist Risotto eine Vorspeise und wird auch immer allein serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich werde schon mit einem Teller Risotto satt, ein Salat voraus, mehr braucht&#8217;s nicht. Diesmal habe ich noch Sellerie gehabt, der ist sehr gesund und gibt einen feinen Geschmack. Dann hatte ich noch etwas Gorgonzola, zwar nur wenig, so dass es den Risotto wohl cremig gemacht hat, aber den feinen Geschmack nicht fest ver\u00e4ndert hat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Risotto can be made with any ingredient, no matter what vegetables, with meat, or even blue cheese, every time it is a delicacy! I like to serve risotto alone, no other side dishes with it. In Italy, risotto is an appetizer and is always served alone as well. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I get full with just one plate of risotto, a salad ahead, that&#8217;s all it needs. This time I had celery, which is very healthy and gives a fine taste. Then I had some gorgonzola, although only a little, so that it has probably made the risotto creamy, but the fine taste has not changed. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ris15-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"Risotto con Sedano e Gorgonzola\" class=\"wp-image-13994\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>5 Handvoll Risotto Reis (meine italienische Mutter hat den Risotto Reis immer als Handvoll abgemessen, 2 Handvoll pro Person, plus 1 dazu am Ende)<br \/>20 g Butter<br \/>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Oregano<br \/>1 Briefchen Safran<br \/>1 Sellerie Stange, fein gehackt<br \/>1 Liter Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche <br \/>50 g Gorgonzola (oder mehr wer mag)<br \/>1 Handvoll geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die 20 g Butter mit dem Oliven\u00f6l in einem Topf schmelzen und den gehackten Knoblauch, die Zwiebel und den Sellerie darin anschwitzen. Den Reis zugeben und mitbraten, bis er glasig ist. Immer gut umr\u00fchren, so dass er nicht anbrennt. Den Reis gut w\u00fcrzen und den Safran dazu geben. Mit 2 grossen Suppen Sch\u00f6pfl\u00f6ffeln Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Gut umr\u00fchren und einkochen lassen. Immer wieder Br\u00fche zugeben und unter r\u00fchren einkochen lassen. Am Schluss den Gorgonzola und Parmesan dazu mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/risotto\/\">mehr Risotti<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>5 handfuls of Risotto Rice (my Italian mother always measured out the risotto rice as handfuls, 2 handfuls per person, plus 1 more at the end).<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br \/><em>2 tablespoons Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 small Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>1 letter of Saffron<\/em><br \/><em>1 Celery Stalk, finely chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 liter of Vegetable Broth <\/em><br \/><em>50 g Gorgonzola (or more if you like)<\/em><br \/><em>1 handful of grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the 20 g butter with the olive oil in a pot and saut\u00e9 the chopped garlic, onion and celery. Add the rice and saut\u00e9 until it is translucent. Always stir well so that it does not burn. Season the rice well and add the saffron. Deglaze with 2 large soup ladles of broth. Stir well and let it boil down. Keep adding broth and let it boil down while stirring.
