Diesmal ist es eine kalte\u00a0Erbsensuppe, die sich sehr gut f\u00fcr unsere dampfend heissen Sommertage eignet. Erfrischend, k\u00fchl, das Richtige, f\u00fcr die heisse Jahreszeit. Kalte Suppen sind schon l\u00e4nger In und diese hier ist ganz schnell hergestellt. Auch wenn man \u00fcberraschend Besucher erh\u00e4lt, kann man sie schnell hinzaubern. Die meisten Zutaten hat man oft schon zuhause.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Da sie nicht gr\u00fcner als gr\u00fcn sein k\u00f6nnte, nimmt sie teil an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-gruen\">Zorra&#8217;s Kochtopf Blogevent Gr\u00fcn<\/a>! Und nat\u00fcrlich bin ich mit dabei, denn nun habe ich endlich wieder Internet!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I&#8217;m not a soup person, but sometimes such a refreshing delicacy is just right. Most of the ingredients you often already have at home.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Since it couldn&#8217;t be greener than green, it participates in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-gruen\">Zorra&#8217;s Kochtopf Blogevent Gr\u00fcn!<\/a> It is hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrsflax.net\/\">Manuela from Vive la R\u00e9duction!<\/a> And of course I&#8217;m participating, because now I finally have internet again!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/erb7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"suppe\" class=\"wp-image-13984\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man braucht: <br>500 g gefrorene Erbsen<br>1 Chili Schote (oder getrocknete Chili Flocken)<br>Salz<br>Pfeffer<br>1 Liter heisses Wasser<br>2 TL Br\u00fche Pulver<br>1 Zitrone, den Saft <br>Etwas Sahne<br>Chorizo oder andere Wurst<br>ein paar Pfefferminz Bl\u00e4tter oder Petersilie zur Dekoration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gefrorenen Erbsen mit dem 1 Liter heissem Wasser \u00fcbergiessen, Br\u00fche Pulver zugeben. Ca 10 &#8211; 15 Minuten stehen lassen. Die Erbsen mit dem Wasser und allen anderen Zutaten, ausser der Sahne und dem Chorizzo, in den Mixer geben und p\u00fcrieren. Die Suppe gut abschmecken!<br>Man kann auch noch Eisw\u00fcrfel zugeben, um die Suppe ganz kalt servieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<br>Die Suppe in sch\u00f6ne Gl\u00e4ser oder Tassen f\u00fcllen, einen Sahne Tupfer darauf geben und mit ein paar St\u00fccken gehacktem Chorizo dekorieren, Minzbl\u00e4tter dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You need: <\/em><br><em>500 g frozen Peas<\/em><br><em>1 Chili (or dried Chili flakes)<\/em><br><em>Salt<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 Liter hot Water<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Broth Powder<\/em><br><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em><br><em>some Cream<\/em><br><em>Chorizo or any other sausage<\/em><br><em>some Peppermint Leaves or Parsley for Decoration<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pour 1 liter of hot water over the frozen peas and add the broth powder. Leave to stand for about 10 &#8211; 15 minutes. Put the peas with the water and all the other ingredients except the cream and the chorizo in a mixing glass and puree.
