Ich<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\"> mache meinen meist selber<\/a>, aber wenn man Apero Geb\u00e4ck f\u00fcr eine Party macht, ist man froh um jede Hilfe, und sei es fertiggekauften Pizzateig.\u00a0<br \/>Ich habe einen Teig mit Fleisch und Tomaten gef\u00fcllt und den zweiten mit einem Auberginenmus. Leider ist das Auberginenmuss etwas zu feucht, so dass der Pizzateig auseinander fiel. Geschmeckt hat es wunderbar, doch das n\u00e4chste Mal werde ich eine Open-face Pizza damit machen. Man lernt ja nie aus!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Most recently we find ready-made pizza dough in the supermarket. <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/09\/pizza-teig-und-pizzas-pizza-dough-and-pizzas\/\">I usually make my own<\/a>, it&#8217;s no big work, but if I have a party. I am happy for any help, even for ready-made\u00a0doughs.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>I filled mine with two different fillings, one with meat and tomatoes, the second with an eggplant mousse. Unfortunately, the eggplant filling was a little too wet and so the dough broke apart. next time I will make an open-faced pizza with this eggplant mousse. You see, you learn through mistakes!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/pizza2-1024x519.jpg\" alt=\"Pizza Schnecken\" class=\"wp-image-13972\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 fertige Pizzateige f\u00fcr je eine Pizza<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>1. F\u00fcllung:<\/b><br \/>150 g H\u00fchnerbrust Schinken<br \/>1\/2 Glas Cherry Tomatensauce von Barilla<br \/>100 g streichbarer Ziegenk\u00e4se<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2. F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>250 g Auberginenmus oder Dip<br \/>(am Besten w\u00e4re es, wenn ihr das Mus gut abtropfen l\u00e4sst, wie gesagt, meines war zu feucht, das sieht man im Bild)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Pizzateige jeweils mit seiner F\u00fcllung belegen und satt aufrollen. Beide Rollen auf ein Backblech legen und bei 200 C Grad ca 30 Minuten backen. Die Rollen in Scheiben schneiden und servieren. (Bitte die Tips lesen!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Tips:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>&#8211; Ich habe die Rollen auf mein Baguette Blech gelegt, damit sie rund bleiben und nicht auseinanderlaufen. Man kann aber auch mit Alufolie die Rollen in Form halten.\u00a0<br \/>&#8211; Die Rollen erst schneiden, wenn sie erkaltet sind!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>2 ready-made Pizza dough&#8217;s for one pizza each<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1. Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>150 g Chicken Breast Ham<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 jar Cherry Tomato sauce from Barilla<\/em><br \/><em>100 g\u00a0spreadable\u00a0Goat cheese<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>2. Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>250 g Eggplant Mousse or Dip<\/em><br \/><em>(for a better result as mine&#8230; let the mousse drain for a while)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the fillings onto the pizza dough&#8217;s and roll up. Bake both rolls on a baking tray in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes. Cut the rolls into slices and serve! (Please read the tips!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Tips:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>&#8211; I put both rolls onto my baguette tray, so they stayed round and don&#8217;t spread out.
