Viele dieser Leckerbissen sind \u00fcber den Counter erh\u00e4ltlich, aber habt Ihr schon mal \u00fcberlegt, sie selber zu machen? Es ist erstens gar nicht schwer, zweitens kann man dann bestimmen, wie man es gew\u00fcrzt oder welche F\u00fcllung man haben will und man hat keine k\u00fcnstlichen Zutaten wie MSG und Farbe drin!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Empanadas sind kleine Krapfen artige, gef\u00fcllte K\u00fcchlein, die urspr\u00fcnglich aus Spanien stammen. Unterdessen sind sie durch die Kolonialisierung verschiedener anderer L\u00e4nder weit verbreitet in S\u00fcdamerika sowie auch in den Philippinen. Gef\u00fcllt k\u00f6nnen sie mit allem M\u00f6glichen werden, Chorizo, Gem\u00fcse, Rindfleisch, Schweinefleisch, H\u00fchnerfleisch, K\u00e4se, da kann man wieder sehr kreativ sein. Many of these delicious bites are available over the counter. But have you ever thought of making them yourself? Firstly, it is not hard to do, secondly you can add the seasoning you like and your favorite filling. You end up without artificial coloring or MSG! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Empanadas are small, filled cakes, which originally come from Spain. But by colonializing some countries in the world they can be found also in South America and in the Philippines. They can be filled with many different fillings, use Chorizo, vegetables, beef, pork, chicken or cheese, everything is good! You can be very creative! Mine are filled with pork and olives!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Again, my thanks go to the moderators of our group\u00a0<\/em><strong><em>#wirrettenwaszurettenist<\/em><\/strong><em>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cakescookiesandmore.ch\/\">Tamara from Cakes, cookies and more<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/barbaras-spielwiese.blogspot.com\/\">Barbara from Barbaras Spielwiese<\/a>.\u00a0 A special thank goes to Martin for helping us with the files!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/emp19-729x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Spanische Empanadas mit Schweinefleisch\" class=\"wp-image-13956\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 12 St\u00fcck:<br>2 ausgewallte runde Pizzateige<br>400 g Gehacktes Schweinefleisch<br>\u00bc Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<br>8 gr\u00fcne spanische Oliven ohne Stein<br>\u00bc rote Peperoni fein gehackt<br>1 Handvoll Spinat<br>1 TL Paprika<br>\u00bc TL Chili Flocken<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>Pfeffer<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das gehackte Schweinefleisch mit dem sehr fein gehackten Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Oliven, Spinat, Peperoni mischen und gut w\u00fcrzen. Aus den Pizzateigen Rondelle ausstehen und 1 EL der F\u00fcllung darauf geben. Die R\u00e4nder des Teiges mit kaltem Wasser bestreichen und dann zusammenklappen und die R\u00e4nder des Teiges gut zusammendr\u00fccken. Die Empanadas auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech geben und mit dem verquirlten Ei bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca. 20 Minuten backen. Warm oder kalt servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 12 Pieces:<\/em><br><em>2 ready-rolled out round Pizza Doughs<\/em><br><em>400 g ground Pork<\/em><br><em>\u00bc Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>8 green Spanish Olives, pitted<\/em><br><em>\u00bc red Capsicum, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Handful Spinach<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br><em>\u00bc tsp Chili Flakes<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ground pork with all the chopped ingredients, like onion, garlic, red capsicum, spinach, and olives and season well. Cut disks out from the pizza dough. Put 1 tbsp of the filling onto each disk. Brush the disk with cold water and fold it together. Pinch the seams well together! Put them onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush them with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 200 C for approx. 20 minutes.
