Man erkennt es an seiner typischen Form, eine runde, geriffelte nach oben aufgehende Form mit einer Kugel darauf. Diese Pariser Form ist erst seit dem 19. JH typisch. Es gibt in Frankreich auch gef\u00fcllte Brioche, z.B. die Brioche Vendeenne, die mit Rum, Brandy oder Orangen Bl\u00fcten aromatisiert werden. Das war fr\u00fcher eine Ostervariante!<br \/>Das Wort Brioche besteht seit dem 15. JH. Vermutlich ist es aus dem Wort &#8220;brier&#8221; abgeleitet, eine Dialektform des normannischen &#8220;Broyer&#8221;, was zerdr\u00fccken\/zerstampfen heisst, oder auch das Auswallen\/rollen eines Teiges mit dem Wallholz.\u00a0<br \/>Vermutlich stammt die Brioche aus der Normandie, die seit dem Mittelalter f\u00fcr die gute Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Butter bekannt war. Das ist eine wesentliche Zutat der Brioche!<br \/>Ich habe meine Brioche so einfach wie m\u00f6glich gehalten, aber sie braucht doch seine Zeit, damit sie richtig luftig wird! Es lohnt sich! Und diese Brioche nimmt teil an der <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-brot-broetchen-rezepte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">Kulinarischen Weltreise von Volkermampft,<\/a> die diesen Monat Brot und Br\u00f6tchen aus der ganzen Welt backt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Brioche is originally\u00a0from France. You can recognize it from its typical form of round, rippled opening to the top, with a ball of dough on top. This form from Paris is known since the 19th century. There are also filled Brioches, for example the Brioche Vendeenne, filled with Rum, Brandy or Orange flower flavor. This was typically used for Easter celebrations.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>The word Brioche is known since the 15th century. It&#8217;s guessed, it comes from the Norman word &#8220;brier&#8221;, a form of dialect of the word &#8220;broyer&#8221;, what would mean to crush\/to trample, or also roll out with the rolling pin.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>It&#8217;s guessed Brioche originates from the Normandy; it&#8217;s well known for its good quality of butter. This is an important ingredient in the Brioche!<\/em><br \/><em>I made my Brioche as easy as possible, but it needs time, so it will get really airy! But it&#8217;s worth it! And this Brioche takes part in the event <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-brot-broetchen-rezepte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">Culinary world travel from Volkermampft<\/a>, which bakes bread and bread rolls from all around the world this month.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/bri8-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Einfache Brioche\" class=\"wp-image-13924\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer eine Brioche:<br>7 g Trockenhefe<br>2 EL Zucker<br>60 ml warme Milch<br>3 Eier<br>1 TL Salz<br>500 g Zopfmehl oder Brotmehl<br>120 g Butter, weich<br>1 Eigelb mit 1 EL Milch zum Bestreichen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Trockenhefe mit der warmen Milch und 2 EL Mehl vermischen und 30 Minuten stehen lassen. Das restliche Mehl mit dem Zucker und Salz mischen. Die Eier, weiche Butter und die aufgegangene Hefemischung dazu geben und solange kneten, bis der Teig weich und elastisch ist. 30 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen.<br>Dann den Teig zugedeckt \u00fcber Nacht oder mindestens 8 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank aufgehen lassen. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag den Teig aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und 90 Minuten anw\u00e4rmen lassen. Dann ein Teigst\u00fcck von ca 20-30 g abschneiden. Aus beiden Teigen Kugeln formen und diese in die gut ausgefettete Briocheform geben. Erst die grosse Kugel rein legen, dann die kleinere obenauf. Mit einem Tuch zudecken und 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Dann mit dem Eigelb-Milch Gemisch bestreichen.<br>Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 C Grad 30-40 Minuten backen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tips:<\/strong><br>Man kann sehr viel mit Brioche machen!<br>&#8211; Arme Ritter sind phantastisch mit Brioche Brot!<br>&#8211; Brioche wird sehr knusprig, wenn aufgetoastet!<br>\u200b- es schmeckt wunderbar als Br\u00f6tchen f\u00fcr Eggs Benedict!<br>&#8211; Reste k\u00f6nnen als Croutons verarbeitet werden!<br>\u200b- oder man kann sie als Hamburger Br\u00f6tchen zu vegetarischen Hamburgern verwenden!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For one Brioche:<\/em><br><em>7 g Dried Yeast<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>60 ml warm Milk<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>500 g strong Bread Flour<\/em><br><em>120 g Butter, soft<\/em><br><em>1 Egg-yolk with 1 tbsp Milk, beaten, for the glace<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the dried yeast with the warm milk and two tbsp of flour and let rest for 30 minutes.<\/em><br><em>Mix the rest of the flour with the sugar and salt. Then add the eggs, butter and the rested yeast mixture. Knead until you get a soft light dough. Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.<\/em><br><em>Then put the covered bowl into the fridge over night or at least for 8 hours.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>The next day take the dough from the fridge and let it warm up for 90 minutes.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Then cut a piece of dough of 20-30 g from the big dough. Form round balls out of these two pieces. Put the big roll into the well greased Brioche dish, then put the small roll on top. Cover with a towel and let rest for 20 minutes. Brush with the egg-yolk milk mixture.<\/em><br><em>Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>You can do so many things with Brioche!<\/em><br><em>&#8211;
