Erdnussbutter ist sehr bekannt in den USA und in vielen asiatischen L\u00e4ndern. Die Amerikaner ben\u00fctzen es vor allem als Aufstrich, die Asiaten aber kochen damit und machen Dips. Es wurde nicht von George Washington erfunden, wie viele glauben, denn es existierte bereits 1783 in der Holl\u00e4ndischen Kolonie Suriname in S\u00fcdamerika als Pinda-K\u00e4se (Erdnuss K\u00e4se). Dies war ein h\u00e4rterer Aufstrich damals, er konnte wie K\u00e4se geschnitten werden. Obwohl die fr\u00fchste Erw\u00e4hnung von Erdnussbutter zur\u00fcck zu den Inkas und Azteken f\u00fchrt, z\u00e4hlt das US National Peanut Board drei moderne Erfinder auf, welche die Paste erfunden haben sollen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Da meine Mum wieder abreist, wird der Schrank geleert, dabei kamen Erdn\u00fcsse zum Vorschein und ich habe mich ans Verbrauchen gemacht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peanut butter is a spread made from roasted peanuts. Peanut butter is very well known in the USA and in many Asian countries. Americans use it mainly as a spread, but Asians cook with it and make dips. It was not invented by George Washington, as many believe, because it already existed in 1783 in the Dutch colony of Suriname in South America as pinda cheese (peanut cheese). This was a harder spread at the time, it could be cut like cheese. Although the earliest mention of peanut butter goes back to the Incas and Aztecs, the US National Peanut Board lists three modern inventors who are said to have invented the paste.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As my mum is leaving again, we had to clean out the cabinets. I found some peanuts and thought I make these into peanut butter.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/erd12-1024x577.jpg\" alt=\"Erdnussbutter selber machen\" class=\"wp-image-13795\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ein Glas:<br \/>2 EL Honig<br \/>1 EL Limettensaft<br \/>\u00bd TL Salz<br \/>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>250 g Erdn\u00fcsse<br \/>100 g Waln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die N\u00fcsse im Ofen bei 180 C Grad r\u00f6sten. Man kann sie leicht r\u00f6sten, dann bleibt die Masse hell oder auch etwas st\u00e4rker, wie bei uns, dann kriegt die Masse ein sch\u00f6nes braun. Leicht ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann in den Hacker der K\u00fcchenmaschine oder den Mixer geben und so lange bearbeiten, bis aus den Kr\u00fcmeln eine Paste entsteht. Nach belieben mehr Salz oder Honig zugeben. In einem Glas aufbewahrt, kann man die Paste mindestens 1 Monat halten. <br \/>Serviert es als Aufstrich auf Toastbrot, als <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/16\/huehner-und-rind-satay-mit-selbstgemachter-satay-sauce-chicken-and-beef-satay-with-homemade-satay-sauce\/\">Saucenzugabe zu Satay<\/a>, mit diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2022\/03\/01\/huhnerfleisch-ballchen-in-erdnuss-kokos-sauce-chicken-meatballs-in-peanut-coconut-sauce\/\">Hackbaellchen<\/a>, oder vielem mehr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For one jar:<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Honey<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Lime Juice<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>250 g Peanuts<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Walnuts<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Roast the nuts in the oven at 180 C degrees. You can roast them lightly, in which case the mixture stays light, or a little more, like ours, in which case the mixture gets a nice brown. Leave to cool slightly. Then put it into the chopper of the food processor or the blender and process until the crumbs turn into a paste. Add more salt or honey to taste.
