Fisch und Fr\u00fcchte, das schmeckt herrlich! Dorsch und Mango, das ist wie eine Heirat des Traumpaares! Deshalb gab es bei uns auch dieses einfache Gericht. Es ist sehr schnell gekocht, schmeckt wunderbar und kann mit allem M\u00f6glichen serviert werden. Ich habe dazu gr\u00fcnen Spargel und <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/13\/lotuswurzel-chips-lotus-root-chips\/\">Lotus-Chips<\/a>\u00a0serviert, wer will kann auch noch Kartoffeln dazu geben. Es hat wunderbar geschmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>On good Friday we usually eat Fish, and I like it with fruits! Fish and fruits&#8230; it tastes wonderful! Cod and mango is like a perfect marriage! That&#8217;s why we had this meal, it&#8217;s cooked quickly and tastes just delicious. It can be served with anything. I served it with green Asparagus and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/13\/lotuswurzel-chips-lotus-root-chips\/\">Lotus-Chips<\/a>. You can also serve some potatoes with it if you like. You will like it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/cod7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Dorschfilet mit Mango\" class=\"wp-image-13766\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 2 Personen:<br \/>2-3 Dorschfilets<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Dill<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Saft einer halben Zitrone<br \/>1 halbreife Mango<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Dorschfilet St\u00fccke gut w\u00fcrzen. Das Oel in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen und die Fischfilets darin beidseitig gut braten. Unterdessen die Mango sch\u00e4len und in lange Stifte schneiden. Die Mangostifte zum Fisch geben und mit braten. Den Zitronensaft dar\u00fcber giessen und einkochen lassen. Auf Tellern anrichten und mit den Lotus Chips sofort servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>2-3 Cod Fillets<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Dill<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Juice of half a Lemon<\/em><br \/><em>1 semi ripe Mango<\/em><br \/><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the fish fillets very well. <\/em><em>Heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the fish on both sides. <\/em><em>Meanwhile peel the mango and cut the flesh into sticks. Add the mango sticks to the fish and fry as well.
