Wenn man nichts zuhause hat und trotzdem kochen soll, dann sucht man erstmal den Tiefk\u00fchler ab. Da fand ich Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli, wie wir sie in der Schweiz nennt. Spaghetti haben wir immer zuhause und den Rest auch, denn Gew\u00fcrze braucht man immer. Es hat meinen M\u00e4nnern sehr geschmeckt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Embarrassment makes you imaginative! When you don&#8217;t have anything at home and you still must cook, the first thing you do is search the freezer. That&#8217;s where I found Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli, (small veal balls from Switzerland) as we call them in Switzerland. We always have spaghetti at home and the rest too because you always need spices. <\/em><em>My men really enjoyed it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/chu13-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Spaghetti mit Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli\" class=\"wp-image-13599\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>400 g Spaghetti<br>1 Dose Sardellen<br>2 getrocknete rote Chillies<br>3 Schalotten mit Gr\u00fcn, gehackt<br>4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>\u00bd Lauch, gehackt<br>500 g Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli (man kann auch Kalbsbratwurst, Haut abgezogen, gehackt, verwenden) <br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Oregano<br>100 ml Weisswein<br>100 ml Sahne<br>\u00bd Bund Petersilie, gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Etwas Oel in einem Topf erhitzen und die Sardellen, Knoblauch, Schalotten, Lauch und gehackte rote Chillies darin anbraten, bis die Sardellen zerlaufen sind. Die Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli dazu geben und richtig gut durchbraten. Dann mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen, alles gut w\u00fcrzen! Die Sahne und die Petersilie dazu geben und kurz einkochen, bis die Sauce etwas eingedickt ist. Unterdessen die Spaghetti kochen und abgiessen. Beides zusammen mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>400 g Spaghetti<\/em><br><em>1 can Anchovies<\/em><br><em>2 dried red Chilies<\/em><br><em>3 Shallots with green, chopped<\/em><br><em>4 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Leek, chopped<\/em><br><em>500 g Br\u00e4tch\u00fcgeli (Veal balls, you can use Veal Bratwurst, skin removed and chopped)<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br><em>100 ml Cream<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat some oil in a pot and fry the anchovies, chilies, garlic, shallots, leek and garlic well, until the anchovies have melted. Add the meat and fry very well. Pour the white wine in and season everything very well. Add the cream and chopped parsley and let reduce a little. Meanwhile cook and drain the spaghetti.
