Es hat einen thail\u00e4ndischen Einschlag durch das Curry und ist sehr leicht verdaulich. Es sieht auch sch\u00f6n aus auf dem Teller, da es so bunt ist. Man kann es auch mit Reis servieren, ich fand die Glasnudeln sehr passend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This dish is simple, quick to cook and very tasty. It has a Thai twist with the curry and is very easy to digest. It also looks nice on the plate as it is so colorful. You can also serve it with rice, I found the glass noodles very suitable.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/sal4-847x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Curry Lachs mit Glasnudeln und Pack Choi\" class=\"wp-image-13571\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>4 grosse Lachs Schnitten mit Haut<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben<br>5 cm Ingwer, gerieben<br>1 \u00bd TL Zucker<br>2 Karotten, gew\u00fcrfelt<br>\u00bd Lauch, in Streifen geschnitten2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt2 TL Sriracha (oder mehr)<br>3 EL gelbes Thai Curry<br>500 ml Kokosnuss Milch<br>2 TL Fisch Sauce<br>Abrieb und Saft von 2 Limetten<br>150 g Glasnudeln<br>2 grosse Pack Choi<br>2 Knoblauchzehen<br>3 EL Soja Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Lachs beidseitig mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Dann in heissem Oel beidseitig durchbraten, zur Seite geben. In der selben Pfanne den Knoblauch und den Ingwer braten. Den Zucker dar\u00fcber geben und kurz karamellisieren lassen. Das Gem\u00fcse dazu geben und kurz durchbraten. Den Sriracha dazu geben, dann mit der Kokosmilch abl\u00f6schen. Alles kurz einkochen lassen und dann die Fisch Sauce und den Limetten Abrieb und Saft dazu geben. Den Fisch wieder dazu geben und gut durchw\u00e4rmen lassen. <br>Unterdessen die Glasnudeln mit kochendem Wasser in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann abgiessen.<br>F\u00fcr die Pack Choi die Bl\u00e4tter abschneiden. Den Knoblauch hacken und in wenig Oel anbraten, dann die Pack Choi Bl\u00e4tter dazu geben. Kurz braten lassen, dann die Soja Sauce dazu geben. Kurz kochen lassen, dann mit den Glasnudeln und dem Lachs servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 persons:<\/em><br><em>4 large Salmon slices with skin<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em><br><em>5 cm Ginger, grated<\/em><br><em>1 \u00bd tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>2 Carrots, diced<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Leek, sliced<\/em><br><em>2 spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp yellow Thai Curry<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Sriracha (or more)<\/em><br><em>500 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Fish Sauce<\/em><br><em>Zest and juiced 2 Limes<\/em><br><em>150 g Glass Noodles<\/em><br><em>2 large Pack Choi<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. Then fry in hot oil on both sides, set aside. In the same pan, fry the garlic and ginger. Add the sugar and let it caramelize briefly. Add the vegetable and fry for a while. Add the Sriracha, then deglaze with the coconut milk. Let everything boil down briefly and then add the fish sauce and the lime zest and juice. Add the fish and allow to warm through. <\/em><br><em>Meanwhile, put the glass noodles in a bowl with boiling water and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then drain.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut off the leaves for the pack choi. Chop the garlic and fry in a little oil, then add the pack choi leaves. Fry briefly, then add the soy sauce.
