There are lots of apples in Switzerland, and in the past, they had apples in storage, so they were always available. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissmilk.ch\/de\/rezepte-kochideen\/rezepte\/LM200206_31_c\/zuercher-pfarrhaustorte\/?collection=97161&#038;index=11\">recipe is from Swiss Milk<\/a>, but I have slightly modified it. The cake is simple and tastes very good.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/zue18-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Z\u00fcrcher Pfarrhaustorte\" class=\"wp-image-13529\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Teig:<\/strong><br \/>200 g Mehl<br \/>\u00be TL Salz<br \/>100 g kalte Butter in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br \/>80 ml kaltes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Schnell zusammen kneten und in Klarsichtfolie verpackt 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br \/>300 g Haseln\u00fcsse gemalen<br \/>2 Eier<br \/>80 g Zucker<br \/>1 \u00bd TL Zimt<br \/>1 Zitrone, Abrieb und Saft<br \/>2 geriebene \u00c4pfel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Belag:<\/strong><br \/>5 \u00c4pfel<br \/>20 g Konfit\u00fcre (ich nahm Sanddorn)<br \/>Puderzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Backform (24 cm Durchmesser) mit Backpapier auslegen. Packpapier zusammen kn\u00fcllen und unters Wasser halten, dann aussch\u00fctteln und sie passt perfekt in die runde Form! Den Teig ausrollen und in die Form geben. Die R\u00e4nder kann man hochziehen, muss aber nicht sein. Haselnuss Mischung darauf geben und glatt streichen. Die \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len und halbieren. Die Kerne ausschneiden und die halben \u00c4pfel d\u00fcnn zur H\u00e4lfte einschneiden. Mit der W\u00f6lbung nach oben auf dem Kuchen verteilen. Die \u00c4pfel mit der Konfit\u00fcre bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 40 Minuten backen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>200 g Flour<\/em><br \/><em>\u00be tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>100 g cold Butter, diced<\/em><br \/><em>80 ml cold Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Knead quickly together, wrap into cling-foil and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>300 g Hazelnuts, ground<\/em><br \/><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>80 g Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>1 \u00bd tsp Cinnamon<\/em><br \/><em>1 Lemon, Zest and Juice<\/em><br \/><em>2 grated Apples<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>5 Apples<\/em><br \/><em>20 g Jam (I used Seabuckthorn)<\/em><br \/><em>Icing Sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Layer the cake dish (24 cm diameter) with a baking paper. Take a sheet of baking paper, crunch it together and hold it under the tab. Shake excess water off and you can put it perfectly into the round cake dish! Roll out the dough and put it into the cake dish. You can pull up the sides, but it can be done without. Add the hazelnut mixture and flatten it. Peel the apples and cut them into halves, remove the seeds. Cut small slices not all the way through. Spread on the cake with the bulge facing upwards. Brush the apples with the jam. Bake in the oven at 200 C degrees for 40 minutes.
