Ich ben\u00fctze ihn oft als Fingerfood oder Vorspeise und hatte das Gl\u00fcck, bis jetzt noch niemanden gefunden zu haben, der ihn nicht liebt. Und man kann sie auf viele verschiedene Arten anrichten, ich ben\u00fctze gerne Crackers, da ich das Weiche gerne mit etwas Knusprigen verbinde. Aber wer es gerne Glutenfrei mag, der nimmt doch einfach Gurkenscheiben, das passt auch super zusammen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>There are so many possibilities to serve smoked salmon. The bright orange to pink color is a nice contrast to cream cheese and herbs. I use it often for finger-food or starter and I was lucky never to have a salmon hater at the table. I like to serve it on crackers, as I like to combination of soft and crunchy! However, if you like it gluten-free, just use cucumber slices! <\/em><em>It fits well together! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/cra12-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Lachs-Frischk\u00e4se R\u00f6llchen auf Crackers\" class=\"wp-image-13419\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Als Fingerfood f\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>1 Packung Crackers, ca. 15-18 St\u00fcck, am besten rund<br>200 g ger\u00e4ucherter Lachs<br>200 g Frischk\u00e4se<br>Frischer Dill<br>Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oder:<br>\u00bd Gurke in ca. 3-5 mm dicke Scheiben geschnitten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Lachs auf Frischhaltefolie zu einem Rechteck auslegen. Mit dem Frischk\u00e4se bestreichen, mit etwas Pfeffer bestreuen und Dill darauf legen. Satt mit der Hilfe der Folie aufrollen und 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank geben. Unterdessen die Crackers oder Gurkenscheiben auf einem Teller auslegen. Die Lachsrolle aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und in ca. 2 cm breite Rollen schneiden. Je eines auf die Crackers oder Gurkenscheiben legen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As finger-food for 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Pack Crackers, approx. 15-18 pieces, if possible round ones<\/em><br><em>200 g smoked Salmon<\/em><br><em>200 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>Fresh Dill<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Or:<\/em><br><em>\u00bd cucumber sliced into 3-5 mm thickness<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Lay out the salmon to a rectangle on a cling-foil sheet. Spread the cream cheese onto it and sprinkle with pepper and fresh dill. Now roll up tightly with the help of the foil and put into the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile put the crackers or cucumber slices onto a plate. Take the salmon roll from the fridge and cut it into 2 cm rolls.
