Da in Amerika mehr Fleisch zur Verf\u00fcgung stand als in Italien, war es klar, dass die Menschen auch etwas mehr davon auf ihren Tellern wollten. Schon 1888 wird eine Version dieser Teigwaren in Amerika erw\u00e4hnt. Italienische Chefs und Journalisten mokierten sich, sie nannten dieses Gericht pseudo-italienisch oder gar nicht-italienisch. In Italien waren die Fleisch-B\u00e4llchen viel kleiner, logisch, wenn damals Fleisch in Italien kaum erh\u00e4ltlich war, und sie wurden nur mit Eierteigwaren, die dann \u00fcberbacken wurden, serviert. Aber in den Abruzzen, in Aquila und Sizilien, also vor allem im S\u00fcden von Italien, waren Teigwaren mit Fleischsauce \u00fcblich. Italy. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/met12-654x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Spaghetti with Meatballs\" class=\"wp-image-13392\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>600 g Rindfleisch Gehacktes<br>2 Eier<br>2 Scheiben Vollkorntoast ohne Krume<br>etwas Milch<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1 handvoll kleine Mozzarella K\u00fcgelchen<br>1 EL getrocknete Petersilie<br>(Ihr koennt auch frische verwenden, ich hatte keine)<br>1\/2 TL getrockneter Rosmarin<br>Paprika<br>Salz und Pfeffer\u200b<br>Chiliflocken<br>Paniermehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Toastbrot zerreissen und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, etwas Milch dazu giessen und einweichen lassen. Alle anderen Zutaten (ausser dem Paniermehl) zusammen mischen, das Brot etwas ausdr\u00fccken und dazu geben. Nun Einweghandschuhe \u00fcberziehen und den Fleischteig gut verkneten.&nbsp;Aus der Masse Kugeln herstellen, diese im Paniermehl wenden und in etwas Oel in einer weiten Bratpfanne rundherum gut durchbraten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Unterdessen die Tomatensauce nach <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">diesem Rezept<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/11\/03\/rotwein-tomatensauce-red-wine-tomato-sauce\/\">diesem Rezept<\/a> herstellen, oder falls man noch welche im Tiefk\u00fchler hat, diese erw\u00e4rmen. Die Fleisch-B\u00e4llchen in die Sauce geben. Unterdessen die Spaghetti nach Packungsanleitung kochen und abgiessen, dabei einen grossen Loeffel des Kochwassers zur Sauce geben. Die Spaghetti mit den Fleisch-B\u00e4llchen in der Sauce servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">For 4 Persons:<br>600 g ground Beef<br>2 Eggs<br>2 Slices whole-wheat Bread, no crust<br>some Milk<br>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<br>1 handful small Mozzarelle Balls<br>1 tbsp dried Parsley<br>(you can use fresh one, I could not get any)<br>1\/2 tsp dried Rosemary<br>Paprika<br>Salt and Pepper\u200b<br>Chili Flakes<br>Breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><br><\/em><em>Tear the toast apart and put it in a bowl, pour in some milk and let it soak. Mix all the other ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) together, squeeze the bread a little and add it. Now put on disposable gloves and knead the meat dough well. Make balls out of the mixture, turn them over in the breadcrumbs and fry them well on all sides in a little oil in a wide frying pan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce according to <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/30\/homemade-pizza-sauce\/\">this recipe<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/11\/03\/rotwein-tomatensauce-red-wine-tomato-sauce\/\">this recipe<\/a>, or if you still have some in the freezer, heat it up. Add the meatballs to the sauce.
