Schweinshaxen mit Gem\u00fcse und Tomaten-Bier Sauce. Wenn man das in Gem\u00fcse und Bier macht, dann ergibt das einen feinen Fond, aus dem man eine gehaltvolle Sauce zaubern kann. Ich liebe es, diese Saucen und Gem\u00fcse zu variieren, so dass meine Familie nicht immer das selbe essen muss. Sie lieben diese Gerichte sehr, so dass ich sie eben immer dann koche, wenn ich sch\u00f6nes Fleisch erhalte. Diese hier kann ich sehr empfehlen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As with its brother beef, pork knuckles must be braised for a long time. If you do that in vegetable and beer, then you get a wonderful broth with which you can make a delicious sauce. I love to vary these vegetables and sauces, so my family does not have to eat the same all the time. They love these knuckles and so I cook them whenever I get nice meat in the shops. This recipe I can definitely recommend. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/oss3-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Schweinshaxen mit Gem\u00fcse und Tomaten-Bier Sauce\" class=\"wp-image-13354\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>4 grosse Schweinehaxen, wenn sie klein sind, nehme ich 7-8<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Italienische Kr\u00e4uter<br>Chili Pulver<br>Oliven\u00f6l<br>2 Karotten, halbiert und in Scheiben geschnitten<br>\u00bd Wirz\/Wirsing, gehackt<br>2 rote Zwiebeln, in Scheiben geschnitten<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>Ein paar Zweige frischen Thymian<br>1 Zweig frischen Rosmarin<br>1 Dose Bier (330 ml)<br>1 Glas Tomatensauce (300 ml)<br>Sahne f\u00fcr die Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Schweinshaxen mit den Gew\u00fcrzen rundherum bestreuen und dann in einem Wok, in heissem Oel, rundherum braten. Heraus nehmen und das Gem\u00fcse in den Wok geben. Kurz durchbraten, dann die Haxen darauf legen. Mit dem Bier abl\u00f6schen! Die Tomatensauce darauf geben und zugedeckt ca. 4-5 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen. Immer wieder kontrollieren, ob noch genug Fl\u00fcssigkeit vorhanden ist. Am Schluss die Fl\u00fcssigkeit absch\u00f6pfen und im Blender p\u00fcrieren. In einen Topf geben und gut durchw\u00e4rmen, evt. nachw\u00fcrzen und etwas Sahne dazu geben. Ich habe meine Schweinshaxen mit Spaghetti serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>4 big Pork Knuckles, if they are small, I use 7-8<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Italian Herbs<\/em><br><em>Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>2 Carrots, cut in halves and sliced<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Savoy Cabbage, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 red Onion, sliced <\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>Some twigs of fresh Thyme<\/em><br><em>1 twig of fresh Rosemary<\/em><br><em>1 can of Beer (330 ml)<\/em><br><em>1 Jar Tomato Sauce (300 ml)<\/em><br><em>Cream for the Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the pork knuckles all around, then fry them in a wok in hot oil. Set aside. Fry the vegetable in the same wok, then put the knuckles on top. Pour the beer in and the tomato sauce on top. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 4-5 hours. Always check if there is enough liquid! At the end take the liquid out and blend it, then pour it into a pan and heat up, season well and add some cream to taste.
