Pingpong grosse B\u00e4llchen formen. Etwas Oel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und die B\u00e4llchen darin rundherum gut braten. Sie brauchen gute 10-15 Minuten. Unterdessen Die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Sauce in einem Pf\u00e4nnchen mischen und langsam erhitzen. Mit dem R\u00fchrbesen gut vermischen und zum Kochen bringen. Sofort vom Herd nehmen und \u00fcber die Fleisch B\u00e4llchen giessen. Form ping pong size balls with it and fry them well in hot oil. This takes at least 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile put all ingredients for the sauce into a saucepan. Heat up slowly and whisk gently. Bring to a boil and remove immediately.
