Nein, es muss etwas Besonderes sein, etwas was nicht jeder macht, deshalb dieses Gefuelltes Flank Steak auf italienische Art! Diese Fleischrolle sieht toll aus und kann jeden Gast beeindrucken. Zudem ist sie wirklich sehr einfach zu machen. Ich habe sie mit Pinienkernen, K\u00e4sescheiben, Knoblauch und vielen Kr\u00e4utern gef\u00fcllt und das hat wunderbar geschmeckt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When you have guests over for dinner you don&#8217;t want to just fry up a piece of meat. No, you want to serve something special, something nobody has had yet! This steak roll looks great and tastes even better, perfect to impress your guests! And even better, it&#8217;s so easy to do! I filled it with pine-nuts, slices of cheese, garlic and lots of herbs and that together gave it a wonderful taste!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/rin18-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13254\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 6 Personen:<br \/>2 Flank Steaks je ca 500 g schwer<br \/>100 g Knoblauch-Streichk\u00e4se<br \/>3 handvoll Pinienkerne<br \/>1 handvoll Rucola<br \/>Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Steak Gew\u00fcrz<br \/>8 Scheiben Provolone K\u00e4se<br \/>einige Scheiben Speck<br \/>Braten Bindeschnur<br \/>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>2 EL Senf<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u200bDas Flank Steak in der Dicke halbieren, aber nicht ganz durchschneiden, so dass ein grosses, d\u00fcnnes Steak entsteht. Dieses Steak nun mit einer Klarsichtfolie bedecken und mit dem Fleischhammer d\u00fcnn klopfen. Je d\u00fcnner es ist, desto einfacher zum Aufrollen! Nun auf der Innenseite den Knoblauchk\u00e4se aufstreichen, dann die Pinienkerne dar\u00fcber streuen und den Rucola dazu geben. Alles mit den K\u00e4sescheiben und Speck bedecken und w\u00fcrzen. Nun das Fleisch von der langen Seite her satt aufrollen und mit der Bindeschnur zusammen binden. Die Rolle aussen mit Steak Gew\u00fcrz bestreuen und mit Senf bestreichen.\u00a0<br \/>Eine Gratinschale einfetten und die Fleischrollen rein geben und nun im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca 60 Minuten backen.<br \/>Die Rolle aus dem Ofen nehmen und unter Aluminiumfolie 5 Minuten ruhen lassen. Dann die Rolle aus der Gratinform nehmen und den Faden entfernen. Die Rolle aufschneiden und mit Reis oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/13\/spaetzli-chnoepfli-swiss-pasta-dumplings\/\">Spaetzli<\/a> servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>1 Flank Steak approx. 500 g\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Garlic Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>2 handful of Pine-nuts<\/em><br \/><em>1 handful Rocket Leaves<\/em><br \/><em>Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/>Steak Seasoning<br \/>4 Slices of Provolone Cheese<br \/>some slices of Bacon<br \/>Twine to bind the meat together<br \/>2 tbsp Olive Oil<br \/>2 tbsp of Mustard<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u200bCut the flank steak in the middle of the thickness not all the way through, so you get one big steak. Cover it with cling-foil and beat it with a meat beater until thin. The thinner you get it the easier it will be to roll it. Now spread the garlic cheese on the inside of the steak. Then sprinkle the pine-nuts on top and the rocket. Cover with the sliced cheese, bacon and some more pine-nuts and season. Now roll the meat up from the long sides, squeeze it well together so it&#8217;s tightly rolled. Bind it with the twine to avoid it from opening. Season the roll with steak seasoning and brush with mustard.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>\u00a0Put the\u00a0 beef rolls into an oven-proof greased dish and into the preheated oven at 180 C. Roast for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes take the dish from the oven and cover it with aluminium foil for 5 minutes.
