Oh Mann! Es war schwierig, etwas (Betonung auf &#8220;etwas&#8221;) auszusuchen, denn sie hat so viele tolle Rezepte! Ich musste mich entscheiden und fand dann dieses tolle und glutenfreie Rezept des Kokoskuchen aus Haiti! Genau richtig f\u00fcr mich, denn ich muss ja glutenfrei kochen f\u00fcr meine Tochter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">So habe ich als erstes die Konfit\u00fcre gekocht und mir gedacht, die braucht mehr Rampenlicht! Deshalb gibt es hier den ersten Beitrag zum Event und der Kuchen folgt dann sp\u00e4ter. Ich habe ihn bereits einmal gebacken, aber will ihn nochmals backen, damit die Bilder auch sch\u00f6n werden! Also hier als erstes, die feine und nicht zu s\u00fcsse Ananas Konfit\u00fcre von Kathrina. (Beim Kuchen folgt dann auch die Beschreibung ihres Blogs)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the event &#8220;Koch mein Rezept&#8221; (cook my recipe) I was given the blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuechentraumundpurzelbaum.de\/\">&#8220;K\u00fcchentraum &#038; Purzelbaum&#8221; from Kathrina<\/a>. Oh boy! It wasn&#8217;t easy to choose one, as she has so many wonderful recipes! I had to decide and found this wonderful and gluten-free Coconut Cake from Haiti! Perfect, as I have to cook and bake gluten-free for my daughter! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>First I cooked the jam and decided that this jam needs more\u00a0 Genau richtig f\u00fcr mich, denn ich muss ja glutenfrei kochen f\u00fcr meine Tochter. So habe ich als erstes die Konfit\u00fcre gekocht und mir gedacht, die braucht mehr Spotlight! So here is the first post for the event and the cake will follow later. I have already baked it once, but I want to bake it again so that the pictures will be beautiful! Here is the fine and not too sweet pineapple jam from Kathrina. (The description of her blog will follow).<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ana12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Ananas Konfit\u00fcre\" class=\"wp-image-13207\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuechentraumundpurzelbaum.de\/kokoskuchen-aus-haiti\/\"><strong>Kathrina&#8217;s Original:<\/strong><\/a><br>350 g frische Ananas<br>2 Limetten<br>200 g Rohrohrgelierzucker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Meines:<\/strong><br>1 kg frische Ananas<br>3 Limetten<br>500 g Gelierzucker (ganz normaler, da ich den anderen nicht fand)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ananas sch\u00e4len und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Limetten hei\u00df abwaschen. Zwei Limetten abreiben, alle Limetten auspressen. Limettensaft und Ananas fein p\u00fcrieren. Mit dem Limettenabrieb und dem Rohrohrgelierzucker vermischen. Aufkochen lassen und mindestens 3 Minuten sprudelnd kochen. Gelierprobe machen. In die vorbereiteten Marmeladengl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen und verschlie\u00dfen. F\u00fcr 5 Minuten auf den Deckel stellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuechentraumundpurzelbaum.de\/kokoskuchen-aus-haiti\/\"><strong><em>Kathrina&#8217;s Original:<\/em><\/strong><\/a><br><em>350 g fresh pineapple<\/em><br><em>2 limes<\/em><br><em>200 g raw cane jelling sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Mine:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>1 kg fresh pineapple<\/em><br><em>3 limes<\/em><br><em>500 g jam sugar (normal, as I couldn&#8217;t find the other kind)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Wash the limes in hot water. Grate two limes, squeeze all limes. Finely pur\u00e9e the lime juice and pineapple. Mix with the lime zest and the raw cane jelling sugar. Bring to the boil and boil for at least 3 minutes. Check the jelly if it is done. Pour into the prepared jam jars and seal.
