Ich gebe Euch mehrere Ideen zu Zutaten, ich habe die schon mehrfach so gekocht, einmal mit Oliven, einmal mit Speck, einmal mit Kapern und so weiter. Sie k\u00f6nnen super vorbereitet werden, so dass es auch ganz gut ein Weihnachtsessen oder Osteressen werden kann. Ich nenne es, ohne Stress die Familie gl\u00fccklich machen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>These are several ideas how to cook juicy chicken breasts for an army! I bring you some ingredients you can choose from, like olives, capers, bacon, capsicum, onion etc. You can prepare this dish in advance so it can be served for Christmas, Easter or another celebration with lots of family members or friends. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/pou15-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Poulet Br\u00fcstchen aus dem Ofen\" class=\"wp-image-13153\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 8 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>8-10 Poulet Br\u00fcste<br \/>2 Rote Zwiebeln grob geschnitten<br \/>4 Knoblauchzehen, grob geschnitten<br \/>Thymian Zweige<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Cayenne Pfeffer<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>Oregano<br \/>Mehl<br \/>Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>150 ml Rotwein<br \/>Geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Zutaten nach Wahl:<\/strong><br \/>Oliven<br \/>Getrocknete Tomaten<br \/>Kapern<br \/>Peperoni<br \/>Lauch<br \/>Sellerie<br \/>Petersilie<br \/>Speckw\u00fcrfel<br \/>Mehr Zwiebeln<br \/>Sahne f\u00fcr die Sauce<br \/>H\u00fchner Bouillon<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Poulet Br\u00fcste mit den Gew\u00fcrzen einreiben und etwas Mehl dar\u00fcber streuen. Oel in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Br\u00fcste auf beiden Seiten gut anbraten. Eine grosse Backform einfetten und die angebratenen Br\u00fcste da rein geben, mit etwas Thymian bestreuen. In derselben Pfanne die Zwiebeln und Knoblauch anbraten und mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen. Mit einer Holzkelle den Fond vom Pfannenboden l\u00f6sen und mitkochen, das gibt der Sauce einen feinen Geschmack. (Hier k\u00f6nnen Speckw\u00fcrfel, Lauch oder\/und Sellerie dazu gegeben werden)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Kurz einkochen lassen, dann \u00fcber die H\u00fchner Br\u00fcste giessen. Falls es zuwenig Fluessigkeit ist, etwas Huehnerbruehe dazu giessen. Parmesan K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber geben und im Ofen bei 150 C Grad 1 Stunde garen. (hier k\u00f6nnen Peperoni Streifen, Oliven, Kapern, getrocknete Tomaten etc. darauf gelegt werden und erst dann den K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber streuen.) Nach dem Kochen die Fl\u00fcssigkeit aussch\u00f6pfen in einen kleinen Topf und mit etwas Sahne und evt. Maisst\u00e4rke eindicken. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 8 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>8-10 Chicken Breasts<\/em><br \/><em>2 red Onion, coarsely chopped<\/em><br \/><em>4 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Some Thyme<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Cayenne Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>Oregano<\/em><br \/><em>Flour<\/em><br \/><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>150 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/><em>Grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Ingredients to choice:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>Olives<\/em><br \/><em>Dried Tomatoes<\/em><br \/><em>Capers<\/em><br \/><em>Capsicum<\/em><br \/><em>Leek<\/em><br \/><em>Celery<\/em><br \/><em>Parsley<\/em><br \/><em>Bacon Bits<\/em><br \/><em>More Onion<\/em><br \/><em>Cream for the sauce<\/em><br \/><em>Chicken Broth<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the chicken breasts well and sprinkle with flour. Fry them in some oil on both sides well, then put them into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with some thyme. Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan and add the red wine. With a wooden spoon scratch the bottom of the pan to melt the bits and pieces from the chicken. This gives it a good taste. (Here you can also add some bacon bits, leek or\/and celery) <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Let simmer shortly, then pour over the chicken. If there is not enough liquid add some chicken broth. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and bake in the oven at 150 C for 1 hour. (Again, you can add some capsicum stripes, olives, dried tomatoes, capers before sprinkling with Parmesan) After cooking remove the liquid, add it to a pot and if you like you can add some cream and cornstarch to thicken it.
